  • Beautiful ocean front condo

"My family stayed in Helen's beautiful condo in Hali'i Kai in March 2015 and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. The location is perfect -- ocean front and less than a minute walk to the pool and restaurant. There is fantastic whale watching from the lanai (the spot must be known for whale watching because we observed many whale watching boats directly in front of the condo). And the beautiful sunsets can't be beat. The bar/restaurant served great food and drinks and the pool was kid friendly. There is an area in the pool where the depth is about as deep as a first step in a pool and our infant son greatly enjoyed splashing and playing while seated, like he does in the bath. Hali'i Kai provides resort-like amenities without the over-crowdedness of a resort. And I don't think many resorts have rooms as close to the ocean as Helen's condo at a reasonable price considering the condo provides a fully-stocked kitchen. And with an infant who goes to sleep around dinner time, a condo is a must. Finally, Helen was very responsive and helpful, and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. We ended up eating at Sansei in the Queen Shops, twice. Excellent food and service, with great early-bird pricing."

  • Beautiful Condo, Convenient Location

"This is a beautiful condo, wonderfully decorated and has everything you might need. The owners were accessible for questions before our arrival and even gave us a welcome call to see if everything was OK after we got there. The kitchen is complete, there were coolers to use, the garage was full of beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc. The BBQ on the patio was great; we brought frozen steaks to grill (still frozen when we unpacked our luggage), and got fresh mahi mahi to grill one night. The complex is directly across from the Queen's Marketplace and this condo is directly from the pool and gym. The nearest beach, A-Bay is about a half mile away. The Waikoloa Beach Villas is the first complex after entering the resort so it's a quick exit to go explore the rest of the island with Hapuna and Mauna Kea beaches just north, Kona to the south and a pretty direct route to Hilo to the east. We scuba dove with Blue Wilderness who were very nice and accommodating. Down south we snorkeled with humpbacks and dolphins, a thrill of a lifetime! We would stay here again in a heartbeat."

  • Guest

"This condo was beautifully upgraded and decorated, and had everything you need to move in and enjoy your stay. Location is excellent and right in the heart of Waikoloa. I spend time in this area at least once a year, and will definitely use this condo again. The owner could not have been more kind, helpful and accomodating. It was difficult to pack up and leave!"
