  • Great place to stay

"After spending a week in Kona, we ended our trip with three nights at this Kolea property. It was just as the ad had said, probably better. There were two families with four grown children and we made use of the beach and pool, which are both a five minute walk from the condo. We used the BBQ every night and there were plenty of dishes, pans etc for all of us. The boys played golf and made use of the discounted golf rates. We have stayed in this area several times in the past and this was one of our favorites. If it available the next time we visit the Big Island we would stay here again. We loved it."

  • M / Vail, CO

"I just completed a 6 week stay at the Waikoloa Colony Villa #1606. The owner Brenda, was a pleasure to work with - prior to and during my entire stay. She was extremely attentive and responsive to any / all questions and requests that I had regarding the unit. WCV#1606 is a very clean, well equipped 2BR / 2BA unit in the complex. The kitchen has everything you might need. Brenda also provided beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach towels, etc. She even provides greens fees discounts for golfing at the two Waikoloa Beach Resort courses. As a bonus, she has a 1 car garage which she allows you house during your stay (not necessarily the same case at many of the WCV units). My 6 week stay was extremely comfortable and I certainly felt at home in the spacious unit, during my visit. The trade winds blew so regularly through the unit that I didn't ever need to utilize the A/C - another bonus from my perspective.Mahalo Brenda for sharing your ohana with me!"

  • Beautiful Home.

"We can't thank you enough for sharing your beautiful home. We looked at countless condos and chose yours because of the floor plan and furniture. We didn't want for anything. Plenty of pots and pans, towels and even shampoo. The location was perfect. The complex was quiet even during spring break. Choosing your condo really made our vacation special."

  • Best Ever VRBO!

"We have stayed in many VRBO's in Maui & The Big Island. A301 Vista Waikoloa was the Best Ever. We love to cook while on the Islands so a well equipped kitchen is important. This is the first time we've had a great coffee grinder/coffee system, excellent knives, superior pots and a blender that made us green smoothies every morning😊 we had fresh Kona coffee on the Lani every morning and enjoyed an organic evening meal in the dining area of the Lani most nights😊. This was a great place to come home each evening after a day of fun, touring & all the activities that the island offers😊😊😊 The owners provided us with a detailed information package regarding the condo & top activities to do while there. We did most of the items on the list. Highly recommend this unit😊😊😊😊😊"
