Great location, excellent room, would definitely stay here again
The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We rented for a week. The unit is well-kept. Location cannot be beat, close to King's shops and short walking distance to queen's market."

"We stayed in the condo for 7 nights and would highly recommend it to anyone! The condo was spotless and we had everything we could possibly need during our stay. We only had a one minor problem with the temp of the unit when we first arrived (89* inside) but, with immediate response and help from the owner, we were able to get the condo cooled down by morning. Other than that quickly resolved issue, we can honestly say that staying in this unit contributed to making this an unforgettable and thoroughly relaxing vacation. Comfy bed, plenty of space and a great kitchen were all above expectation. Perhaps our only suggestion for improvement would be more comfortable living room furniture...
Staying in Hali'i Kai was incredible...the pool area was gorgeous and the food was some of the best (and most reasonably priced) on the entire island. We truly cannot say enough nice things about the entire staff at the complex.
All around this was a great experience!"

"My wife, friends, and I stayed here for 5 days for our friend's wedding in a ranch up in Waimea. The condo was actually a lot more spacious than the pictures made it seem, so that was a nice surprise for us. The kitchen was really nice and made cooking a few meals very easy. There was also AC, so it was very easy to cool off after a long day at the beach/hiking. The furniture was also quite nice, and pretty comfortable. We really liked the location of the condo because it is really close to some nice beaches (Hapuna & Mauna Kea beach) and not too far from the rainy side (for those lush green hikes). I used to live in Hilo for a period of time and have been to most every where in the island, and waikoloa village maybe my new favorite location to stay at! Shops around are a little pricy, but it's a resort area so it's to be expected. Although they are very convenient, and queens market and kings shops are within easy walking distance. The poke at island markets was actually pretty good too.
One thing that we really appreciated, was that the condo was fully stocked with beach towels, snorkeling gear (mask, snorkel, fins), beach chairs, and umbrellas. So we utilized those and had fun snorkeling out at Mauna Kea beach.
The owner was also very friendly. My wife and I had an earlier flight than our friends who checked out, and they had troubles with key and lockbox. However, the owner was helpful and available to talk on the phone.
We had a great experience and would love to stay here again the next time we visit da big island."
