"This condo is beautiful! As soon as we walked in we were greeted with the gorgeous palm tree décor. The elegant kitchen has everything you could want, just as if you were at home. Everything was in perfect working order, very clean, and well kept. The beach equipment was perfect for the kids, and adults as well. The condo also had some things I was very pleased to find, such as, hydrogen peroxide, that I use for cleaning certain baby items, as well as cold medicine for my toddler, who ended up getting sick on our trip. I was going to have to make a run to the store at 10pm if I had not found that. This place literally had everything I could ever want. It's also super close to our favorite beach, you can walk there, and the Kings and Queens market places were fun to visit and have great restaurants, we went there almost every day. We would absolutely stay here again!"Guest: Brian and Karina Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: February 4, 2014View listing
"It was comfortable here and felt like home the minute we walked in. Did our emails over breakfast and coffee on the lanai.Packed a lunch in the cooler provided, grabbed the snorkel gear and beach mats ,towels (also provided) and headed out for the day. In the evening we had dinner and smoothies back on the lanai watching the beautiful sunsets. Loved the convenience of a full kitchen , make an easy dinner instead of going out when we were tired was a real bonus. I can't recommend a restaurant because we never felt the need for one. A bay is a fairly short 15 minute walk and is one of the better beaches on the island. A great choice when the surf is up as it is well protected and easy sandy entry, good for swimming and snorkelling. Several other beaches are within easy driving distance . Side by side fridge has a good sized freezer. So, stop at costco on the way from the airport and stock up with comfort food, The ubake pizza was great and the rotisserie chicken was only 4 bucks. Washer and dryer allowed the convenience of cleaning those sandy swimsuits and clothes. I highly recommend it here for someone who likes to pamper themselves and not have to tip and do backflips to get the attention of hotel staff. Can't wait to come back. "Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort was fabulous! The grounds were beautiful and the pool was spectacular. We have been to Hawaii for the past 20 years and have never seen so many whales and dolphins swimming and breeching right off the side of the pool area. The unit was comfortable with lovely lithographs and metal wall sculptures. On arrival, there was an ant issue which the management company dealt with promptly. Our three weeks there were extremely pleasant and we can't wait to go back! (Be aware that there is a $10 per day resort charge and also that there is no land line phone in the unit.)"Guest: A guest from Oakdale Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: April 24, 2014View listing
"This is the third time I have stayed in this condo! The first 2 times I was with family. This time I was back with friends for a "girls only" vacation. I return here for many reasons. It is amazingly clean ( I am a neat freak)and tastefully decorated. It is equipped with everything we needed whenever we looked for anything...things ranging from wine bottle openers to beach chairs to books and games. The owner was extremely attentive to our needs and responded to our few questions immediately...very reassuring when you are so far away from home. We went to several beaches, but Hapuna Beach was a favorite with beautiful white sand, warm water, some waves, and a lifeguard. Be prepared to pay the $5 parking fee. It is worth it! There are a lot of great restaurants. Most of them are a little ride, but the scenery is worth it. Bamboo in Hawi was a treat! We also loved Huggos in Kailua Kona. It is right on the bay with spectacular sunsets. Be prepared to drop a few dollars though. I recommend this place to everyone! Aloha!"Guest: Pretzel Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: May 4, 2014View listing
