Wonder full place, great location, home away from home
"I stayed here with my wife and two of my siblings for 9 nights. We all had our own space to sleep. We loved the gas grill and were able to save money and get some very high quality fish(Costco) and cook it ourselves and eat in peace on the deck. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is close to shops and food. The Market in the Queen's Marketplace has basically everything you commonly would need and more for a decent price for the area. The beach was about 10-15 minute steady walk using the public beach access to the south west. There is also parking at the public beach access as well and was ample. The Condo was quite and everyone on the property were really nice and friendly. The condo has a lot of beach accessories provided.
When I comeback to the island and if I'm staying on this side of the island this will be my first choice."

"My second stay in this wonderful house for the Ironman 70.3. It's like a second home! All the amenities needed. Nearby pool, beaches and shopping. I had a quiet and comfortable stay here and plan to return!"

"A wonderful location and convenient to so much in the Waikoloa resort area as well as just about anything you could dream of doing on this beautiful island. The clubhouse and pool are lovely and the staff is very friendly. They offer some reasonably priced food (for Hawaii) and so, late in the afternoon, a lot of families understandably came to the pool to eat. A little hectic and noisy at those times, but a nice facility overall. The condo itself is very pretty and the end unit offers some lovely views even if it is not ocean front. Air conditioning, water pressure, etc., were all fine and there were some nice appliances there. My husband and I enjoyed the lanai and the grill. Like other reviewers, we felt that the lanai furniture is in need of replacing. It consists of a small table, which was wobbling, and two chairs...sort of tough if there are more than two of you and even tough to put everything we needed on the table for just the both of us. Something a little more substantial would definitely add a great deal to the unit, as people come to Hawaii to spend the majority of their time enjoying the outdoors. Also, we noted that the beach chairs that were available seemed to be on their last legs and were starting to fray. We have stayed in this area before in other units and the condo certainly lived up to our expectations. One note for people who want to make more than a sandwich there....there are no spices whatsoever...I am not sure if this is a rule there, that they can't be left, but bring your own from home if you can...everything is so expensive to purchase. Overall, a beautiful island and a great time. As far as working with the owner, she was always responsive and everything was as she represented when we checked in. Another bonus which we learned about when we got there was a maid service....there is cleaning every few days and the condo is vacuumed, and sheets and towels are replaced....I washed them anyway as I was doing wash, but it was nice to have the place "spiffed up" every few days."

"10/10/15: We are a family of 6 from Oahu who came to Big Island to relax, explore, enjoy family time away from the stressors of "everyday life," and make new memories. We want to thank the owners for offering us such a well appointed and maintained place for us to settle into and enjoy with comfort and ease. As to what you'll find here, I cannot think to say anything new from past reviews and can only vouch for their positive reflections. This condo is everything pictured, well maintained, and clean. Our boys walked in and asked if we could live here! I have to stress the wonderful privacy of this particular unit! If you are reading this, you are likely considering other similar units. What sets this one apart, other than the welcoming decor, is the supreme privacy of being a corner unit in the end of the complex. We enjoyed ample lanai and yard space with plenty of furnishings to fit our family and then some...or just my husband and I for some much meeded quiet time. Still walkable to all you'll want to do but with much more private space around. I'm so glad we chose this unit. For a family like ours with 4 boys, I'm sure the rest of the complex appreciated our being contained to the private corner, as well! Our large family easily fit the space and could have also invited a set of grandparents (if that were possible) and still fit comfortably. Our large rental car, a Nissan Armada, is a giant behemouth of an suv and as such did not completely fit in the garage, but we are used to making such compromises. There remained plenty of convenient parking even without the garage. So any one of the other normal sized vehicles you might rent should fit nicely. We are residents on Oahu and as such, are used to life in Hawaii, love the people, and are accustomed to the idiosyncrasies of island life (which we love). That said, I feel this condo offers a great location from which to explore the raw beauty of the Big Island while still enjoying a "mainland" ideal of modern comforts. Make sure to "talk story" with the shop owners and waiters and maintenance workers. Ask what they love about living here and share what you love about your experiences, you'll learn a lot about Hawaii and probably get some tips you'll appreciate for your stay. Last thing to note, we were here during the Kona Ironman Championship race and could not have had a better location for that event. Waikaloa is situated on the cycling course so we walked to the main road to cheer on the cyclists, eve"
