  • Everything You Want In One Place

"Stayed for one week in July 2014. Family of 8, 3 couples and 2 teens, with 3 cars. The listing and photos are very accurate. This is an amazing condo with plenty of space, and never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again. The owners and management company are incredibly responsive. On arrival, we discovered that the wifi router was failing, and it was replaced the next day. During our stay, the kitchen sink plugged up and was cleared the same day. Single-car garage, but plenty of parking within a few steps. There are tons of supplies in the garage, including 6+ beach chairs, body boards, snorkel gear, aqua socks, beach mats, a beach umbrella, etc. Check the supplies before you buy anything. The pool is a few steps away. It's a two block walk to the Queens Shops, which includes a food court and grocery store. It's a 15-minute walk to A' Beach. If you're not planning any site seeing, you could easily stay here without a car. Our only complaints, and they're minor, were that we were charged $15 for a third set of keys (only two are provided) and there were insufficient paper supplies (paper towels, toilet paper). Charge an extra $5 per stay and don't trouble me with having to buy my own."

  • Another great stay!

"Thank you Leroy for your very comfortable condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 month stay and look forward to an even longer one next year. Everything is close by and we enjoy the Wednesday market at the King's shopping area as well as the Saturday markets in Waimea. Not to be missed is the Botanical Garden just north of Hilo on the scenic 4 mile road. The ease of communication with you also enhances the time we are there. The condo is well equipped and easy to hang out in if one is in need of a "down" day. We love eating on the lanai and watching the geckos. The bird's songs greet us each morning. Whale watching is always a treat and the nearby beaches are great. There are always more places to explore no matter how many times we have come to the Big Island. This year we were treated to much snow on the mountains and even a couple of days of heavy rain (very unusual). Again, mail for making our stay as easy as can be."
