Relaxing and Luxurious
"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Reg and Sue's Vista Waikoloa condo. The condo itself is just as pictured. It is luxurious and spacious. The condo has everything that you need to cook meals as well as enjoy the beach. The Vista Waikoloa complex was so peaceful. We used the pool regularly and were pleased with how close it is to the condo. The condo is also conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Nearby Mauna Kea beach was the best for relaxing. Reg and Sue were great hosts and we would definitely book this condo again. It was perfect."

"My family of 6 (2 parents, 4 grown children 24-30) stayed here and had a wonderful time! The unit is furnished very nicely and the location is great. You can walk a block to the pool and continue to the beach (A Bay) from there. We didn't have a great ocean view like you would from the higher story units, but we spent every evening and morning sitting outside on the deck and lawn and thought the lower units were much easier for accessing everything. Look for turtles sitting in the sun along the beach on the right as you walk onto the beach. Or you can take a longer walk as we did most mornings down the road on the north side of the condo 1 to a trail along the beach that winds through the Hilton properties and beyond. What a great way to start the day! This unit is also within walking distance of Lava Lava, a great outdoor bar/restaurant right on the beach. Or try restaurants in other directions from causal to formal, not very expensive (Queen's shops) to expensive (Hilton) . For something casual, try the little sports bar around the corner from the unit 1. Also, the weather here was great! Kona could be foggy or drizzly and it was sunny in this little pocket of perfect! Would gladly stay here again. Try Beach 69, but be careful swimming too far out everywhere."

"We had a party of 7 for 6 days & we were very comfortable. It was nice to have all the amenities such as a washer/dryer/detergent, beach towels/chairs/boogie boards/toys, soap, ice chest, dishwasher/detergent, & even some general cooking supplies such as oil, salt & pepper. Everything was very clean - lived up to my mother's standards so that's saying something. The kids LOVED the loft and the pool! The closest grocery store will give you sticker shock, so try to go grocery shopping in another town such as Waikoloa Village, Waimea, or Kailua. We traveled all around the island. The volcano & Hilo were far, but it was also nice to be close to other national & state parks & the one of the most beautiful beaches in the world - Hapuna. We loved that there was a beautiful pool, the shops (lots of art which I like), & the petroglyph trail. I'm so glad the resort designers kept that part of Hawaiian history intact & accessible. We went to Tropics Bar & Grill which was really good and affordable. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!"

"A friend and I experienced a fabulous week ( definitely not long enough! ) staying at this lovely, very well-appointed condo. Everything that you could possibly need was provided, from kitchen supplies to beach gear.
The condo itself is beautifully decorated and extremely spacious, with more comfortable living space on the huge lanai. We felt very spoiled indeed!
It also is situated in a scenic, quiet spot, yet close to the beach access trail for our morning walks. Many beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute drive, north or south.
Sylvia was a pleasure to deal with, from my first inquiries up to and including while we were in Hawaii.
This condo should be at the top of your list if you're seeking comfort, luxury and everything at your fingertips!!"
