  • Great Location

"This is a very comfortable condo in a great location, especially if you want to try the various beaches. Towns of Waimea, Kona and Kailua are a half-hour away. The Hilton is right across the street, and the Marriott is 1/2 mile away, along with shops, restaurants and an upscale market. The furniture and beds are comfortable (didn't use fold-out couch) and the kitchen is fully equipped. We bought beach chairs since none were there; a larger beach umbrella would have been welcome. Some games or puzzles might also be added for "down times." Definitely a good value. I would rent again. I would rate the property "very good" if that were possible."

  • This condo made our trip wonderful!

"We arrived exhausted to the condo on New Year's Eve and opened to door to a delightful surprise. The condo is so spacious and beautifully decorated, with a double lanai that offered a wonderful open view. Everything was so well stocked and thoughtfully presented. It was nice to wake up to coffee on the 1st and not have to worry about going to the store when we arrived. If you are one who uses the kitchen, this condo has a nice supply of cooking equipment and spices, oils, foil, plastic wrap, etc. Plenty of room in the pantry for our food and plenty of counter space for cooking. The lanai was perfect for when our family staying at another condo came by for meals. The bed were super comfortable and the linens very nice. Ceiling fan made the air-conditioning unnecessary most nights. When we arrived we found that there were some things we needed in the cupboards and drawers throughout the house. We found some some board games, a box of "readers" with glass cleaning solution, beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach bags. We also found many guide books, including a WONDERFUL reference book that made a huge difference for our trip. Hawaii is so expensive anyway, it was really nice to not have to spend money on spices, foil, and renting chairs, etc. One more note. I made a request of the Property Manager who was able to help me out with a special request and was very gracious and helpful. I was in Hawaii for my mom's memorial service and found that I needed a few copies of the service instructions. I called the office to ask about a copy place and they offered their copier. I was able to use the computer and make copies in their business office. Again, a savings for me and a great convenience. I found the Property Manager very helpful and responsive through the entire reservation and rental process. One note about the arrival. If you are coming in after the sun goes down, its very dark there. We used a GPS but could not find the physical address for the property. Plan ahead if you'll be coming late and make sure you have highlighted your course on the map or obtained the address for your GPS (this would be true for ANY of the condos in the Waikoloa area)."

  • Newly remodeled, convenient and great location

"We visited the big Island in early September with our almost two year old grand daughter. The condo was wonderful, great location, nicely remodeled. Pictures of the unit were before the remodeling, so we were pleasantly surprised with the updated bathrooms, tiling, etc. Unit is lovely. Very conveniently located, close to shopping and restaurants. We took our grand daughter for a walk every morning, saw the dolphins at the Hilton and took her Koi feeding at the Queens Market place a few times. She had a great time. Definitely recommend to friends and family. Dennis and Cheryl are great owners and very helpful. Will surely return."

  • A wonderful place to stay

"Such a beautiful condo. Everything we could have ever needed, and so spacious. My only suggestions would be for a bath mat and hand towels in the bathrooms but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!"
