  • Awesome family holiday

"We spent our two-week spring break in this condo with our four children and had a great time. It is very well appointed and had everything that we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and there is lots of space. We love the bathrooms in each bedroom, the beds were comfortable and there was even snorkel equipment and boogie boards! The weather was perfect every day except our last as there was a little rain which made leaving a little easier:) The condo is within walking distance of shops and A-beach and within a short driving distance of several more great beaches. Buying food in Waikoloa is expensive but Costco is about a 25 minute drive away and has everything you need. In addition Waikoloa village is a 10 minute drive and has a nice supermarket with reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this property for the location, the luxurious nature of the condo, and the fact that Cheri was so easy to deal with and that there is even a local concierge who was really helpful. He helped us with our check in and check out and even picked up milk and cereal for us so we would have something to eat in the morning as we arrived quite late."

  • Great stay, wonderful unit

"This is our second stay at Hali'i Kai but our first in this unit. The property is truly fantastic. Every afternoon at the pool area you are treated to a whale show. The private members restaurant and bar at the pool is very handy and very popular at happy hour. The unit is very well equipped, well furnished and was spotless when we arrived. A surprisingly comfortable bed in the master. The units with the golf course views or ocean views are the ones to get and this one has both. Fairly private lanai compared to most of the units. Great spot to watch sunsets. Hope to return!"

  • Nice stay at this Waikoloa beach condo. We felt at home.

"The condo is located near the end which allows for privacy and quite evenings. Yet the BBQ and pool are conveniently close. If you like to exercise there is a gym, but we found that an early morning walk around Queens Market courtyard and along the golf course to be a more pleasant exercise. This property is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable with a serene garden area off the lanai for enjoying the morning coffee or an evening after a day of beach or sightseeing. The condo's kitchen is well stocked. The Pack and Play was helpful with our grandchild. This condo is especially good for a family with small children since it is on the ground floor. Barbara, the owner is very responsive to phone calls and texts. She very helpful with information and making sure you have what you need for your stay. The Queens Market and Kings Shops are a quick walk where you find shops, a food court and restaurants. "A" beach is close by. You can walk it in a few minutes or drive and park in the lot in a of couple minutes. If you like to avoid driving 18 miles to Kona for groceries at Costco, Walmart, Safeway, there is the Waikoloa Village a few miles away where you will find the Waikoloa Village Market which offers a large selection and better pricing for groceries than the markets at the Queens Market or the King Shops. Also at Waikoloa Village is the Lava Cafe which has nice outdoor seating to relax and have a meal. You can get there by exiting Waikoloa Resort and turning left (north) onto Hwy 19 (Queens Hwy). Go a couple miles and turn right onto Waikoloa Drive and continue until you see Waikoloa Village on the left. If you plan to sight-see around the island allow yourself an early start so you can get back to this condo and relax. It was a great place for us to relax and enjoy the end of the day."

  • Gorgeous Condo, Beautiful Location

"My family and I spent a week on the Big Island in August of this year and we truly had an amazing time. We loved this condo at Waikoloa Beach Villas. It was beautiful, clean and spacious. The condo is impeccably decorated and had everything we needed. From beach towels to beach mats, snorkel gear and coolers, it made our trip so much more enjoyable. The washer and dryer were very useful and the A/C kept the unit very comfortable. The kitchen is gorgeous with up to date appliances and all the supplies you would ever need. The location is perfect on the Kohala Coast close to many beautiful beaches and many other resorts. The grounds were immaculate with 2 tropical pools with waterfalls that our teenage children absolutely loved. Queen's marketplace is right across the street with many shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed spending time on the lanai enjoying the warm breezes and the incredible view. The management company was very helpful, especially Anne Marie, she made our booking experience seamless from beginning to end. Thank you Allan for sharing your beautiful home with us. We would definitely stay here again. Aloha."
