"We stayed at the condo for a week and it absolutely was great. The place itself was comfortably decorated and arranged. We are a family of 4 and there was plenty of space. The view from the lanai was very peaceful. The location was very convenient, being only blocks from groceries and gas. There were plenty of books to help us find beaches and activities on the island.
We would stay here again for certain."

"Our stay at AJ's condo was the best ever. We have visited Hawaii numerous times and this is the very best condo we have ever rented on all the islands. The condo is clean, with outstandingly comfortable beds, stocked with all the necessities, beautiful view, and the excellent care and comforts offered by the owner far exceeded our expectations. Grab this condo if you can, you won't be disappointed. We are coming back!"

"We stayed two weeks at Waikoloa Villas in May. We were celebrating my retirement with a good long mindset adjustment. This place was perfect for relieving stress and setting a new pace. On arrival we were greeted with a rosy red sunset right out the back door, then with bird song in the morning. In between there were plenty of spectacular beaches within 10 - 12 miles, with exhilarating fish and turtles, then on other days huge crashing waves! There were two sets of snorkel gear and a cooler in the closet; we added a boogie board and beach chairs to the beach supply collection. The location is convenient for exploring the green side of Hawaii too. Hilo is about 1.5 hours away, the volcano national Park is an hour further. I highly recommend the Hawaiian Cafe in Hilo for a real Hawaiian breakfast! Don't miss seeing Akaka falls, and be sure to purchase a coconut from the stand on the way down! They really are the very sweetest and the coconut meat goes well in frosty drinks.
The condo itself is very comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed, the beds are comfortable, and the louvered shutters on the windows allow one to direct the lovely evening breezes through the house for natural air conditioning and freshening. I will certainly look up this property when we come back to beautiful Hawaii!"

"We had the best stay! A group of 10 went and there was plenty of room to spare. Andy was great communicating and assisting with whatever we needed. We plan on coming back next year and we will defiantly be looking at this house again. Pictures don't do this house justice. Amazing location, if you like to be outside the crazy busyness of the big city and just minutes to beaches. This was well worth it!"
