  • Awesome property

"This house has everything you could possibly need and the location is perfect! Hapuna Beach is 15 minutes away, Hilo and the North Coast are easy drives as is Waimea. I highly recommend this property, sadly we leave today but we will be back and definitely will stay here again! Very peaceful and relaxing...love watching the wild turkeys with my morning coffee!"

  • Beaches, Sunsets, Waterfalls and Birdsong

"We stayed two weeks at Waikoloa Villas in May. We were celebrating my retirement with a good long mindset adjustment. This place was perfect for relieving stress and setting a new pace. On arrival we were greeted with a rosy red sunset right out the back door, then with bird song in the morning. In between there were plenty of spectacular beaches within 10 - 12 miles, with exhilarating fish and turtles, then on other days huge crashing waves! There were two sets of snorkel gear and a cooler in the closet; we added a boogie board and beach chairs to the beach supply collection. The location is convenient for exploring the green side of Hawaii too. Hilo is about 1.5 hours away, the volcano national Park is an hour further. I highly recommend the Hawaiian Cafe in Hilo for a real Hawaiian breakfast! Don't miss seeing Akaka falls, and be sure to purchase a coconut from the stand on the way down! They really are the very sweetest and the coconut meat goes well in frosty drinks. The condo itself is very comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed, the beds are comfortable, and the louvered shutters on the windows allow one to direct the lovely evening breezes through the house for natural air conditioning and freshening. I will certainly look up this property when we come back to beautiful Hawaii!"

  • great location/view/accomodation

"This being our fourth visit to the big island and having stayed in around Kona before, we decided to strike out a bit further for this stay. About 30 miles north of Kona, the Waikoloa Village condo, is small (great for just a couple), well equipped and located closer to the beaches we prefer on the northern end of the island. Also closer to get to Hilo and other northern points of interest of which there are many. Great getaway location close to a good market of food and drink supplies. Ocean and sunset views part of the package. only a few miles away from resort restaurants and shopping. Very pleasant two weeks and sad to leave. Good value. May well be back."

  • Great place at awesome price

"We found the condo to have everything we could possibly need for trips to all the great beaches and snorkeling areas. It's centrally located, so it's a great jumping off point for all the traveling we did. Condo was clean, bug-free, and quiet. The pool is close, and though we didn't use it, we did use the barbecues at poolside, almost every night. Nice place, and will come here again."
