  • Comfy quiet getaway

"This condo is very comfy and homey. Everything that you would need for a comfortable stay in Hawaii. The kitchen has everything you need and the beds are comfortable. The Owners have taken great care to make you feel right at home in their home. It was fun to sit on the lanai watching the turkeys on the golf course and listening to the birds. It was a nice surprise to see the delicious and fresh island fruit in the basket on the table along with some other goodies. We had a late arrival flight, so weren't able to go to the store until morning, so it was nice to have some juice and snacks to get us going . It was really fun to wake up to the sound of native birds chirping every morning. Also, good Hawaii books in the condo, and information from the owners with great suggestions of fun local things to do."

  • Fantastic Place to Stay

"This condo was absolutely perfect! Very comfortable, quiet, private and nicely decorated! Loved the patio! Kitchen had everything we needed. Excellent internet access. Great location for the things we wanted to see and do. And the weather on this side of the island was ideal. Although we rented a car, we also learned that the tour we booked would pick us up at the gated entry to the complex. Shopping /groceries within walkable distance. Would definitely book again!"

  • Beaches, Sunsets, Waterfalls and Birdsong

"We stayed two weeks at Waikoloa Villas in May. We were celebrating my retirement with a good long mindset adjustment. This place was perfect for relieving stress and setting a new pace. On arrival we were greeted with a rosy red sunset right out the back door, then with bird song in the morning. In between there were plenty of spectacular beaches within 10 - 12 miles, with exhilarating fish and turtles, then on other days huge crashing waves! There were two sets of snorkel gear and a cooler in the closet; we added a boogie board and beach chairs to the beach supply collection. The location is convenient for exploring the green side of Hawaii too. Hilo is about 1.5 hours away, the volcano national Park is an hour further. I highly recommend the Hawaiian Cafe in Hilo for a real Hawaiian breakfast! Don't miss seeing Akaka falls, and be sure to purchase a coconut from the stand on the way down! They really are the very sweetest and the coconut meat goes well in frosty drinks. The condo itself is very comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed, the beds are comfortable, and the louvered shutters on the windows allow one to direct the lovely evening breezes through the house for natural air conditioning and freshening. I will certainly look up this property when we come back to beautiful Hawaii!"

  • Great place at awesome price

"We found the condo to have everything we could possibly need for trips to all the great beaches and snorkeling areas. It's centrally located, so it's a great jumping off point for all the traveling we did. Condo was clean, bug-free, and quiet. The pool is close, and though we didn't use it, we did use the barbecues at poolside, almost every night. Nice place, and will come here again."
