Tthe Big Island has so many fun things to do
The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
All went well and we enjoyed it very much. I was glad that I rented a hotel room for the first night rather than try to find it in the middle of the night. That way we were able to move in the next morning. The management company did not seem prepared for us. About noon they knocked on the door and wanted to do a preclean. We had rented it from the day before. They also brought a lovely fruit basket after we had gone to the market. N."

"We have enjoyed a wonderful extended stay at The Sure House. The unit was equipped with everything that one would need on vacation. The fridge with ice maker and water dispenser was a real plus. The furnishings are lovely with tropical themes and very comfortable. The extras including the large TV, DVD player, I Dock were a bonus on the rainy days we had. We used the deck all the time. It was wonderful, large and comfortable. The small fridge on the deck and the games including beach chairs and toys were all greatly appreciated. The sunsets were wonderful. The owners have included lots of very useful information to make the vacation amazing, including tours, dining and shopping information. We hope to go back one day. The location is on the golf course (we are golfers, nice to walk to course) but you will need a car to drive to the beaches. The beach at Waikoloa resort is probably a 15 minute drive. We really enjoyed the birdsong in the mornings and the wild turkeys meandering around the area were highly entertaining."

"We have rented this wonderful townhouse every trip to Waikoloa (8 times). We come to play golf at the Waikoloa Village and participate the local triathlon events. Our favorite is having our meals on the lanai which has a beautiful view of the property's gardens, pool and wonderful side view of the Pacific (great sunsets). The community area has an almost private pool, hot tub and grilling area! The townhouse is spacious, clean and the host provides many extras so you don't have to go purchase things (i.e. laundry detergent, soap etc). We love staying in the Villas away from the busy beach resorts. The area is much cooler and it's a great quick drive to the beach. Check-in and check-out are simple and quick. We are already booked for next year! Susie G"

"We stayed two weeks at Waikoloa Villas in May. We were celebrating my retirement with a good long mindset adjustment. This place was perfect for relieving stress and setting a new pace. On arrival we were greeted with a rosy red sunset right out the back door, then with bird song in the morning. In between there were plenty of spectacular beaches within 10 - 12 miles, with exhilarating fish and turtles, then on other days huge crashing waves! There were two sets of snorkel gear and a cooler in the closet; we added a boogie board and beach chairs to the beach supply collection. The location is convenient for exploring the green side of Hawaii too. Hilo is about 1.5 hours away, the volcano national Park is an hour further. I highly recommend the Hawaiian Cafe in Hilo for a real Hawaiian breakfast! Don't miss seeing Akaka falls, and be sure to purchase a coconut from the stand on the way down! They really are the very sweetest and the coconut meat goes well in frosty drinks.
The condo itself is very comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed, the beds are comfortable, and the louvered shutters on the windows allow one to direct the lovely evening breezes through the house for natural air conditioning and freshening. I will certainly look up this property when we come back to beautiful Hawaii!"
