"We stayed here November 2014. I'm reluctant to let on how wonderful this condo was because I don't want the competition for renting it in the future! Alas, I owe it to the owner to report our fabulous time at this condo. She thought all of the touches that made us comfortable and provided us with all of the things we needed or just wanted to make each day and activity on the Big Island so easy and fun I could list so many things (shopping bag, beach chairs, cooler, basket, beach towels--she even has sharp knives for preparing food (!); for a cook, that is so important). Honestly, every time we looked for something, we found it. And the whole complex is quiet, gorgeous, and a perfect place to come home to after a day on the beach or out exploring. This is a rare, perfect find."

"Where to begin! We have just returned from an unforgettable 10 night stay in this unit and property. Right from the beginning , everything was perfect, from the rental of the unit , all the information provided and all the questions that were answered! It was everything and more that we could have wished for. You have thought of everything ! Really all the little things from chairs, coolers to the first aid kit! ( scrapped toe) . It is a perfect home base to discover this beautiful island. The pool and Beach Club is breath taking... but it is the staff that make it unforgettable! We are keeping an eye on your calendar and hope to return in the spring! Mahalo, for everything!"

"We stayed a full month 3/15 at Amanda's rental and enjoyed her condo immensely. Comfortable, clean and conveniently located. The condo was spacious (+1200 sq.ft.), well furnished and stocked with many extras, such as recreational gear. The maintenance staff keeps the grounds immaculate and the Waikoloa Villas manager "Mike" was very friendly and a pleasure to meet and talk to. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a great vacation rental away from the population dense Beach Resorts."

Loved our new, relaxing Big Island vacation retreat!!
"My husband and I have visited the Big Island two times previous to our April 2015 trip to Waikoloa. Staying at Paniola Greens was, by far, the best vacation location we have visited on Hawaii. We loved watching the sun set from the lanai while eating our dinner, and seeing the ocean each morning from the master bedroom lanai as well.
Gary's lovely condo was perfect in every way for us. We loved the quiet setting overlooking the mountains. It almost felt like we were in Utah because of the warm, dry weather - except for the ocean of course! And then there were the daily visits by the wild turkeys...what a hoot! We also enjoyed that no air conditioning was needed because of the wonderful breeze from the trade winds. We also loved Gary's surround sound system with the CD player in the living room. We brought some CDs and they sounded great!
The end-unit location was very nice as well, much more private and better views. As others have said, everything you could need for a very pleasant stay is provided, and if not, the grocery store is a mile up the road. We also loved playing the golf course next to the complex. It was challenging, but fair for us and was more reasonable than most other courses in the area. We also enjoyed Hapuna Beach, Wapio Valley, and driving to the end of the road on the west side of the island, stopping at many lovely beaches along the way. The trip on the Saddle Road was smooth as silk now that it has been widened and newly paved. That made our trip to Vocano National Park so much easier than in the past.
For a nice, quiet, relaxing vacation, we highly recommend Gary's condo in Waikoloa!"
