Our Hawaii Home
"We have rented this wonderful townhouse every trip to Waikoloa (8 times). We come to play golf at the Waikoloa Village and participate the local triathlon events. Our favorite is having our meals on the lanai which has a beautiful view of the property's gardens, pool and wonderful side view of the Pacific (great sunsets). The community area has an almost private pool, hot tub and grilling area! The townhouse is spacious, clean and the host provides many extras so you don't have to go purchase things (i.e. laundry detergent, soap etc). We love staying in the Villas away from the busy beach resorts. The area is much cooler and it's a great quick drive to the beach. Check-in and check-out are simple and quick. We are already booked for next year! Susie G"

"I say almost because it really had everything, except AC, which we quickly learned was customary for the big island. So I would still date the property 5 stars! It had a great pool, a nice house layout for the 10 of us, 7 adults, 3 kids. It also had a bunch of extras for the beach and everyday activities like boogie boards, a cooler, snorkeling gear, etc. Andy was also a great and responsive host"

"We stayed two weeks at Waikoloa Villas in May. We were celebrating my retirement with a good long mindset adjustment. This place was perfect for relieving stress and setting a new pace. On arrival we were greeted with a rosy red sunset right out the back door, then with bird song in the morning. In between there were plenty of spectacular beaches within 10 - 12 miles, with exhilarating fish and turtles, then on other days huge crashing waves! There were two sets of snorkel gear and a cooler in the closet; we added a boogie board and beach chairs to the beach supply collection. The location is convenient for exploring the green side of Hawaii too. Hilo is about 1.5 hours away, the volcano national Park is an hour further. I highly recommend the Hawaiian Cafe in Hilo for a real Hawaiian breakfast! Don't miss seeing Akaka falls, and be sure to purchase a coconut from the stand on the way down! They really are the very sweetest and the coconut meat goes well in frosty drinks.
The condo itself is very comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed, the beds are comfortable, and the louvered shutters on the windows allow one to direct the lovely evening breezes through the house for natural air conditioning and freshening. I will certainly look up this property when we come back to beautiful Hawaii!"

"The unit is close to everything including the cute coffee shop where I got Kona coffee everyday. The unit has a great private patio for some sun or bird watching. I loved that we were able to have breakfast and dinner at home this saved us a ton of money. The pool is great for days you just want water and no sand. This was a excellent find."
