Relax, unwind and enjoy a great view!
"I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful condition of the house, with it's tasteful decorations. We were very comfortable, and the Master Suite had a temperpedic mattress which my husband was thrilled with. Both daughters had their own bedrooms which were comfortable as well. The deck was made for sun bathing or relaxing. It was hard finding the place at night as my GPS could not pinpoint the location, and the mailbox number was one digit off. Be sure to get emailed lockbox instructions, we had to play a bit to get the correct combination. You leave payment for the cleaning person on the desk when you leave. Joe keeps the place neat and clean. We made sure to keep the screen doors shut at night, so that the neighborhood cats did not chase any furry visitors inside. We liked the location, it was not as hot in Waikoloa Village as it is down near the beach, so evenings were very pleasant and not too hot, just comfortably warm. It was wonderful being in a home where you could truly relax and cook your own breakfast in the mornings. I liked the location as were were only 50 minutes from Hilo if you took the Saddle Back, about 12 min. from the Beach Village, very close to a local market with great food selections, 15 minutes from Hapuna Beach. I loved the kitchen, it had a great ambiance. We would often go out on the deck and enjoy the sunset! I would not hesitate to stay here again, thank you Joe!!"

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
All went well and we enjoyed it very much. I was glad that I rented a hotel room for the first night rather than try to find it in the middle of the night. That way we were able to move in the next morning. The management company did not seem prepared for us. About noon they knocked on the door and wanted to do a preclean. We had rented it from the day before. They also brought a lovely fruit basket after we had gone to the market. N."

"We stayed here November 2014. I'm reluctant to let on how wonderful this condo was because I don't want the competition for renting it in the future! Alas, I owe it to the owner to report our fabulous time at this condo. She thought all of the touches that made us comfortable and provided us with all of the things we needed or just wanted to make each day and activity on the Big Island so easy and fun I could list so many things (shopping bag, beach chairs, cooler, basket, beach towels--she even has sharp knives for preparing food (!); for a cook, that is so important). Honestly, every time we looked for something, we found it. And the whole complex is quiet, gorgeous, and a perfect place to come home to after a day on the beach or out exploring. This is a rare, perfect find."

"It was exactly like the pictures and was exactly as promised. It's always a bit tense going to a new VRBO but from the minute we walked in the door and started exploring it was great! Andrew was a wonderful host. Always accessible by email if we needed him. We didn't because everything was already done and waiting for us. The house is about a 5 min walk to golf course (get 4-round pass cheaper), 15 min walk to Market, 20 min drive to Hapuna or you can just wander through the village with the wild turkeys! The house is stocked with beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, snorkel gear, pool toys, blow dryer, grocery bags, coolers, all kitchen gadgets, playing cards, cd's, dvd's and board games. The boogie board were broken but we replaced them and left the new ones for the next people. Its a sign of a good rental when you feel like home and want to keep it nice and contribute to the enjoyment. And its great not have to deal with an equipment rental place. The pool was the real added benefit. In the morning after a walk to cool off, instead of a beach day or in the evening after dinner to relax it was perfect. It's very private and welcoming. The location of Waikoloa is good too. If you want the amenities of the resort area the house is only 10 mins from A-Bay. We tried local north scuba diving but for more variety the house is about 20mins in the morning from the Marina in Kona where you can catch any dive boat you want. If the current permits try to get on the Neptune Charlie's Black Water dive. A don't miss excursion is the ATV/Waterfall ride in Waipio Valley. The best burgers on the island are just up the road in Waimea at Village Burger. In the end, we were sad to leave. If you book this house you will enjoy your stay. We did the research, arguably its the best accommodation in the area, E komo mai. Mahaolo"
