  • Enjoyed our stay!

"We stayed at this condo for 6 days in December 2014. The condo is cozy and lovely with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, wifi connection, and a wonderful view from the Lanai. Great location - convenient for driving to anywhere on the Big Island. Waikoloa Village Market is nearby and Queens' MarketPlace and Kings Shops at Waikoloa Beach Resort are only a short drive away. The owners Ben & Joyce and the local contact Maria are all friendly, responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much!!"

  • Perfect location, very reasonable and Amazing Manager!

"Right from the 1st email the condo manager was there to help. She found me a very nice 2 bedroom unit (after the one I was about to rent was taken from me with another manager...) and she provided the unit at a very fair price as I was a lone traveller. The unit was spotless and tidy - not the Waldorf but for the price, location, and amenities a super value! Any questions, concerns, or needs were promptly addressed by the manager so it made the stay comfortable and carefree. Waikoloa is pretty central to the mid and north island and away from the crazy touristy spots like Waikoloa beach so very relaxing and a slower pace if that is what you are after. Only 10 minutes to some very, very nice beaches (1 of them top 10 in the USA), hiking, unreal cycle routes, all within a short drive. I wont hesitate to refer friends and family to this unit or any of the several units this manager oversees! You can't go wrong in my opinion! Thanks,"

  • Relax, unwind and enjoy a great view!

"I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful condition of the house, with it's tasteful decorations. We were very comfortable, and the Master Suite had a temperpedic mattress which my husband was thrilled with. Both daughters had their own bedrooms which were comfortable as well. The deck was made for sun bathing or relaxing. It was hard finding the place at night as my GPS could not pinpoint the location, and the mailbox number was one digit off. Be sure to get emailed lockbox instructions, we had to play a bit to get the correct combination. You leave payment for the cleaning person on the desk when you leave. Joe keeps the place neat and clean. We made sure to keep the screen doors shut at night, so that the neighborhood cats did not chase any furry visitors inside. We liked the location, it was not as hot in Waikoloa Village as it is down near the beach, so evenings were very pleasant and not too hot, just comfortably warm. It was wonderful being in a home where you could truly relax and cook your own breakfast in the mornings. I liked the location as were were only 50 minutes from Hilo if you took the Saddle Back, about 12 min. from the Beach Village, very close to a local market with great food selections, 15 minutes from Hapuna Beach. I loved the kitchen, it had a great ambiance. We would often go out on the deck and enjoy the sunset! I would not hesitate to stay here again, thank you Joe!!"

  • Loved our new, relaxing Big Island vacation retreat!!

"My husband and I have visited the Big Island two times previous to our April 2015 trip to Waikoloa. Staying at Paniola Greens was, by far, the best vacation location we have visited on Hawaii. We loved watching the sun set from the lanai while eating our dinner, and seeing the ocean each morning from the master bedroom lanai as well. Gary's lovely condo was perfect in every way for us. We loved the quiet setting overlooking the mountains. It almost felt like we were in Utah because of the warm, dry weather - except for the ocean of course! And then there were the daily visits by the wild turkeys...what a hoot! We also enjoyed that no air conditioning was needed because of the wonderful breeze from the trade winds. We also loved Gary's surround sound system with the CD player in the living room. We brought some CDs and they sounded great! The end-unit location was very nice as well, much more private and better views. As others have said, everything you could need for a very pleasant stay is provided, and if not, the grocery store is a mile up the road. We also loved playing the golf course next to the complex. It was challenging, but fair for us and was more reasonable than most other courses in the area. We also enjoyed Hapuna Beach, Wapio Valley, and driving to the end of the road on the west side of the island, stopping at many lovely beaches along the way. The trip on the Saddle Road was smooth as silk now that it has been widened and newly paved. That made our trip to Vocano National Park so much easier than in the past. For a nice, quiet, relaxing vacation, we highly recommend Gary's condo in Waikoloa!"
