  • Happy New Year

"Everything about our stay at Waikoloa Villas was great. Amanda was easily accessible long before we arrived, quickly responded to any questions, and we are grateful for her sharing her condo in Hawaii with us. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The Waikoloa Village is a quiet, peaceful location, with a convenient shopping center and the pools/BBQs are great for hang-out days. It is close to the world class beaches of Kohala Coast and centrally located for trips to Hawi, Waimea, and the Hamakua Coast. Even South Kona Coast and the Maunas (Kea and Loa) are not that far. We even saw two great firework displays from lawn in front of the lanai, a great memory for 2015. Hope to be back soon! Mahalo Amanda."

  • Great spot for a large group in Kohala area without Kohala prices

"My family and my wife's brother's family rented this unit for 10 nights. The layout of the condo is a great for a large group or two families. When we arrived we found the condo clean and ready for our stay. The unit is epuipped with all of kitchenware you will need to prepare and serve your meals. A huge bonus is that the unit has a propane grill right off the kitchen. Also, a full service supermarket is within a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk. If you havent been to the Big Island or are unfamiliar with Waikoloa Village, this is a great location. Although you are off the water you are within minutes of the best beaches on the island (Hapuna, Beach 69, and the beach at Mauna Kea resort). Additionally, Waikoloa Village has a very nice golf course that is reasonably priced that is close to the condo. All in all, this condo is a good value in a good location."

  • Great Condo!!

"My family of 4 (wife + 2 kids ages 9/6), stayed at Waikoloa Villas F202, and had a fantastic time. The condo was centrally located for us as we enjoyed the sites of the island (Hilo, Kona, Volcano, and many beaches), all were within easy driving distance. The condo was very comfortable and was well stocked for a family of 4. The lani was very nice to enjoy our meals and coffee in the morning. Our kids enjoyed the pool when we were not at one of the beaches around the area. We would certainly reccomend this place to anyone."

  • Perfect for our family

"The condo was perfect for our 6 night stay. The condo is well equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrella, body boards, sand toys, full kitchen and laundry. It was a relaxing place to come back to after a day at the beach. We had free wifi. Joyce was very responsive when we had questions and was great to work with. I would highly recommend staying here when vacationing on the Big Island."

Waikoloa Village Travel Tips

Waikoloa Village Resort Is a Piece of Heaven on Earth

By staying at a Waikoloa Village resort on Hawaii’s Big Island, you will get to experience the true meaning of the “Spirit of Aloha.” Situated on the Kohala Coast in the midst of some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Waikoloa rentals offer an extraordinary experience, full of lush gardens, breathtaking vistas, tranquil waterways, serene beaches, and plenty of exotic wildlife. The appeal of Kohala Coast vacation rentals simply cannot be denied.

Waikoloa Rentals Are Perfect for Any Occasion

The Waikoloa Village resort is a destination in and of itself. Sprawling more than 60 waterfront acres, you may never need to leave the grounds of these Waikoloa rentals. The resort offers air-conditioned trams to get you from point to point on the resort’s campus but if you would rather walk, the paths are flanked by authentic Asian and Polynesian artwork. More than 1,200 guest rooms are available and ready to suit anyone’s needs, making these Big Island Hawaii vacation rentals perfect for any occasion, including family vacations, weddings, honeymoons, and everything in between.

Enjoy Perfect Weather at Kohala Coast Vacation Rentals

Because the weather is almost always perfect with beautifully sunny skies, Kohala Coast vacation rentals have been the prime vacation destination for vacationers from everywhere. In years past, the island was also the prime choice for ancient Hawaiian royalty! Part of the appeal lies within Hapuna Beach State Recreation Area-–the home of one of the Unites States’ most highly rated public beaches. The rolling surf, white sand, and clear skies make Waikoloa Village resort ideal for sand and ocean lovers alike.

Do Not Miss King’s Trail During Your Stay at Waikoloa Village Resort

The coastline stretches about 40 miles and is connected by the ancient King’s Trail which actually passes through the “backyards” of many Waikoloa rentals. It has been used for centuries for different reasons but today offers a unique look at Hawaii’s history. As you follow the trail, you will pass through Pu’ukohola Heiau, the last Hawaiian temple. It was built to honor the war god Kuka’ilimoku. You will also pass through plenty of petroglyph fields. The most popular of petroglyph spots is on Waikoloa Beach Drive near the King’s Shops. Please stay on the trail to preserve these ancient carvings.
