  • As Good As Advertised

"This is a super-nice end-unit condo with great living space for 3 couples and a 2-year old. The complex has a super-nice pool and that, combined with free access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club, will take care of your fresh and salt water needs. Bennett, the on-site property manager, is an added plus. Hopefully, we'll be back."

  • Perfect Kid-Friendly Place to Stay

"We had three children, aged 9, 8 and 4, and my parents, early 70's, staying with us and everyone loved it. The home itself is well equipped for all contingencies. I could have spent the entire time in the home. The setting is beautiful and the amenities are wonderful. The gym, pool and spa within the complex are lightly used; there was really never anyone else there when we used them. There is access to the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel and Mauna Kea Resort. This provides access to such a scope of facilities that we were not able to enjoy them all. I wish we had had another week. One should be cautioned that the northwest of the island is not particularly near to common sights, like Rainbow Falls or Volcano National Park, but I am not sure that one would want to be right in the think of things anyway. The point is that one should expect to do some driving if you want to see all that the island has to offer. I recommend this place without reservation. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer."

  • Wonderful Waikoloa

"This is a very nice condo in a very private and quiet resort. The view from the living areas and lanai were of the golf course which is lovely. We enjoyed playing the 2 golf courses nearby. It's a very short walk to 2 nice shopping areas with lots of restaurants. The condo is very well-equipped with everything you need for a great vacation (even golf clubs and exercise equipment). We used the small workout gym and pools on the property too."

  • Fabulous!!

"This place was really great!! Very nicely decorated! LOVE the location! LOVE the condo pool and A-Bay! You can even go to the Marriott pool with no hassles from the hotel. You can also walk over to the Hilton pools/lagoon too, which is perfect for kids!! You can also walk to the mall - King's/Queen's shops. This place is really nice and the layout is perfect! The owner is on it too! There was a minor problem with the fridge light and he had his maintenance girl over right away. He was super accomodating! My only complaint was the closet by the parking space needed some work. There were some broken masks, inner tubes, etc. but we didn't use any of that stuff anyway. I definitely would stay here again and it was perfect for my 2 kids too (9 months and 2 years)."
