"We spent 10 days at Beach Banyan property - wonderful! House has everything you can think of including a natural alarm clock birds in the beautiful Banyan tree, waves and ocean breezes. Kitchen was well stocked, 3 bathrooms and sleeping arrangements worked great. Beautiful grounds, with lots of seating choices, turtles to watch and snorkel with. We used the barbeque several times and ate in. Looking forward to going back next year or the year after and we will definitely stay here. Reasonable drive time to other activities. Property was clean, a maintenance item came up while we were there and it was taken care of the next day. If you want to stay in a house in Hawaii, right on the water this property is a great option."

"We (4 adults) stayed at Kohala Lodge for two nights. We loved it! The location was perfect, a quiet spot with a beautiful view. Internet has been upgraded now that better service is available in this area so no problems there. The house is unique and the cedar wood was beautiful. Kohala Lodge is perfect for relaxing and sharing time with friends and family. The deck was a favorite spot throughout the day. This area of the island is beautiful and so much calmer than the Kona area. So, if you want some time in a quieter area this would be a good choice. Hawi and Kapaau both had good places to eat and wonderful galleries that would fit varying budgets."
