"My family and I were lucky enough to book room #3114. Beautifully furnished, a stunning view, and we never had a problem finding a parking space. We were able to sip coffee on our lanai in the morning while watching Dolphins spin, splash and play right in front of us! We were even able to snorkel right in front of the condo! Close enough to walk into town for a meal or just to shop. I would deffently book here again! Mahalo for the chance to stay in your lovely home"

"We have stayed at condos on Kauai, Maui, Oahu and now the Big Island for the first time. This was the best location, view of the ocean, and most fully stocked condo yet. David, the owner was very warmly welcoming. Brian, the onsite manager was very helpful (and very busy keeping the property look nice and tidy). We enjoyed time exploring the entire island, and especially liked the beach at Mauna Kea, about 30 minutes away. This unit is close to town, has a reserved parking spot and geckos to greet you on the staircases! There is no air conditioning, but lots of fans that kept the condo airy and cool. The oceanfront barbecues were so nice and kind of a meeting place to connect with other residents/visitors. The pool was delightful and clean. Every picture of this place is exactly as it looks online EXCEPT as a bonus Wifi is actually available in the unit and both TVs are upgraded to flatscreens (not in the pix currently). If you like the Big Island, this is the place to stay! Mahalo"

"We stayed during the Ironman 2015 in this lovely condo.
The condo is located very central in kona and it is easy to walk everywhere.
It is very good equiped (beach equipment, ...) and there is a nice kitchen in it as well.
The communication with the owner was very nice and the condo has a nice sea view.
If we go to Kona again we would come here again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kona Shores! The apartment is just the right size for two people. We appreciated having a full kitchen, and there’s a small cooler available which was perfect for taking a picnic lunch on our day trips around the island. We brought our own snorkel gear, but we noticed there was gear stored on the deck if you didn’t bring your own.
The room was clean, the bed and couch were comfy, and the air conditioner kept things cool at night. The complex was very quiet while we were there. The pool area was a bonus—a nice pool with a lovely view of the ocean. We only used it once (we prefer snorkeling), but it seemed to be seldom used so although the pool was small, it was a nice place for a quick evening swim.
We walked into Kona nearly every evening—a great way to end the day. There are a few nearby beaches to watch the sun set, which was great.
The place is very affordable, the owners were very helpful, the wifi was greatly appreciated; we will definitely be staying here on our next visit to the Big Island!"
