  • Perfect!

"My family stayed at this property for five days and it EXCEEDED all expectations. Loved the outdoor kitchen and the view above Kona...spectacular sunsets. Be sure to plan on enjoying fresh fruit guests can harvest from the expansive garden -- the pineapples are to die for! Location is more than ideal for easy access to shopping, resorts, restaurants and entertainment. Our group of six people were accommodated very comfortably. The owner is one of the most pleasant people you'll meet and is more than helpful with recommendations for fishing charters, culture, and easy routes to the popular spots."

  • The perfect way to start my Hawaii vacation!!

"Staying at Barbara's house was a slice of heaven on earth!! My cousin and I shared the house and we never got in each other's way! The outdoor space is phenomenal, with a view beyond compare, and a private pool to yourself. The inside is spotless, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything you could need. This house is located very centrally to everywhere; but you do need a car. Barbara was gracious, welcoming, warm, and stayed away unless called upon. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else on my return to Kona! I would recommend this VRBO without hesitation. Thank you so much for everything, Barbara!!"

  • Condo on ocean with fabulous lanai

"Our stay at this condo was no less then spectacular!! The owners were so nice to work with when booking the condo. The condo was perfectly decorated and huge! We felt guilty with only 2 people staying there. The stereo/TV sound system was fabulous. We had trouble leaving the lanai to do anything, it was so comfortable and right on the Pacific. It was stocked with anything we could have needed in the kitchen and so convinently located to everything. There is even a small open air market right across the street. I would highly recommend this condo to everyone staying in Kono. So much better then a hotel."
