  • Good Value, Good Location

"Very clean, well maintained comfortable place close to everything. Great to wake up to the view of the ocean across the street and to walk down the street to a choice of coffee shops or restaurants. It's was also nice to have the the option to make your own coffee and snack before going out. I would return again and recommend it to others wanting the same."

  • One of the best!!

"This was the third condo we have stayed in at the Kona Islander Inn and by far the best. It had a large bathroom with vanity and storage[ (a rarity). A nice kitchen which was part of the great room making the unit seem even larger and a murphy bed to make best use of the space. It had a nice sofa, table, TV everything you would want. Situated on the ground floor so not even stairs to contend with. We would definitely recommend this condo."

  • Great value for the money!

"We had a nice time staying at this property. The two best things about the property were the VALUE! and the proximity to town. While we had a rental car, we hardly used it except when venturing out of town--everything was so close to the property from the Farmer's Market, beaches, shops, and restaurants...we walked everywhere! The room was super clean and nicely decorated and the property was beautifully landscaped. Upon arrival, we were a little nervous that it might be noisy because the complex is very large, but we never heard a peep from anyone...even during the day! While it was perfect size for my husband and me, I think it would be cramped for an extended stay with 3 or 4 people (it is an efficiency/studio setup so the queen bed and pull-out sofa are right next to each other). We ate out for every meal, but the rental did have a kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and other small appliances which would make it convenient to fix some quick easy meals. During our stay, we wanted to head to the beach and could only find one beach towel. I emailed the owner and within an hour we had 3 additional towels to use--very quick response time! When comparing options we looked here and at local hotels/resorts...compared to the $300+/night options, this property won us over!"

  • Perfect location for our sporting event!

"We loved this charming studio apartment and it suited our needs perfectly. Close to all the activities surrounding the Queen Liliuokalani Canoe Races. Very clean and well-kept. Hope to enjoy this little slice of paradise again soon!"
