  • Amazing View, Amazing Location & Amazing Time!!!

"“Amazing” is the best way to explain me and my husband’s stay in Kona, HI at the beautiful and cozy condo that overlooks the ocean! From the sound of the crashing waves through the night to waking up to gorgeous sunrises while sipping my coffee on the balcony with my feet up on the railing looking out at the ocean….our stay at the condo was PERFECT. The condo offers a full kitchen with all appliances and amenities that we needed to cook meals daily, wash clothes, dishwasher, pots, pans and silverware. The condo also has beach chairs and snorkel gear on hand so that it’s easy to pack in the car and head to the beach for the day. The bed was soooo cozy and comfortable, I think me and my husband got some of our best sleep there! The condo was clean and fully stocked with every item we could possibly need! Needless to say, as I’m wiring this I wish we were back at the condo in Hawaii. Enjoy your stay! You’ll be so grateful you selected this location!"

  • Everything You Need!

"This was a great place to stay with everything we needed for the week. It is a well-kept, up-to-date unit with a wonderful waterfront view. The complex is nicely landscaped and well within walking distance to all of the activities on Ali'i Drive. In the past we have spent most of our Big Island time on the Hilo side, but now that we have stayed with Jon in Sea Village we plan to spend more time in Kailua...hopefully at this very same unit."

  • Comfortable, excellent bed, wonderfully decorated and cared for

"We stayed for one week in this oceanfront condo. There were lots of top quality towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. Free wifi, Netflix and washer/dryer all worked well. Living room is nice with great views of the ocean. The kitchen is very modern and has all the amenities one could need and then some. We truly felt comfortable and at home in this nice condo. Note that we experienced a few days during "high surf" where it was very dangerous for us to be on the lanai due to heavy sprays and waves splashing onto the lanai. There are warnings posted outside as well as in the owners instructions in the condo that for Dec - March one must keep the windows and door closed during high surf warnings (that's why 4 stars instead of 5 as all else was great for us). The bedrooms are dark with no views at all however they are comfortable. No air conditioning anywhere in the condo. Both bathrooms are updated and very nice. We love Sea Village and this was our second visit to that complex."

  • Condo with an amazing view!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in Kona and would definitely stay in this condo again. The view was amazing. I agree that the carpet needs to be replaced. We had an issue with a broken fan. We contacted the rental company and it was promptly replaced with a new fan. The Sea Village grounds was very well kept."
