"We loved this condo! The view of the ocean was amazing and being above the pool was great. We also appreciated having access to the boogie boards, coolers, sand toys, etc. We vacationed with our 4 kids and we had more than enough towels, blankets, and pillows for everything. If you have a family, this is a great place to stay. We will be back!"

"Our family spent a fantastic week in Kona with this condo as our home base and enjoyed diving (do the manta ray night dive if you can) and snorkeling and the beach. The condo was immaculate and well appointed, and most of the open floor plan has an unobstructed view of the ocean. Gene and Charlie were clearly very committed to providing a superior guest experience, and they responded quickly when we noted a minor maintenance issue.
The condo is just over a mile from downtown Kona. There is a reserved parking spot, and having a car is recommended but would not be necessary.
As others have stated, the condo has virtually everything you will need for your visit, including two coolers, binoculars, board games, sunscreen, a full set of dishes and silverware, and seasonings and condiments - I recommend you check in first and then go to Costco or Walmart or Safeway or a local store to stock up with what you need for the week. The high efficiency washer and dryer (with detergent) was nice, too.
Our family, including two teenagers, all really enjoyed the cono and fit comfortably in it. The ocean is so close that I had to shut the bedroom slider at night to keep the waves from waking me. There is no air conditioning, which took some getting used to, but a breeze and muliple ceiling fans kept the place comfortable. You can't help but feel relaxed waking up with coffee or juice on the balcony each morning and watching the sun set over the Pacific each night.
We wholeheartedly endorse this condo, and found it to be a great value for everything you get."

"I stayed with family (teenaged) for 4 days and we couldnt have had a better location and set up. everything we needed for our stay was provided and special thank you for a proper set of kitchen knives and cooking pots. much appreciated. the weather was good and we took full advantage of what was on offer. The unit next door was under renovation but the people working were very considerate and we hardly knew they were there. Sea Village is our favorite place to stay in Kona. Mahalo."
