  • Great Location

"My wife and I had a perfect relaxing time. This condo was very clean, comfortable, well supplied, and in excellent condition. Leave your car in the garage and walk everywhere in Kona; with Alii Drive a few feet away you have your choice of restaurants, shopping. We will recommend this condo to all are friends and family on their way to paradise."

  • Lovely condo that felt like home!!

"The view is wonderful! We sat on the lanai for every meal! The sunlight into the nicely renovated condo was the best part. The condo is spacious, felt like home, and had everything we needed to make meals or head to the beach. The pool and hot tub is great and the BBQ's were very high quality. Great location. The owner was fantastic to deal with as well!"

  • Wonderful beach home

"This beautiful home exceeds expectations and was a lovely place to stay in Kona. The pool and spa are well maintained and a real bonus. The opportunity to open the house to the ocean view and breezes really connected you to the feeling of Hawaii. We enjoyed time with both family and friends over the length of our stay and the house worked equally well for both types of groups. The location of the house was both near to Kona and secluded enough to believe the town was far away. On our last morning, a mother and baby Humpback entertained us during our last breakfast on the patio. A truly magical place!!"

  • everything we could have wanted in a vacation home

"Hale Lani was the perfect locale for my recent 50th birthday party in Kona. We had 10 adults staying in the house without ever feeling crowded, and on several occasions had up to 20 there for meals or to enjoy the incredible sunsets from the lanai. The house is spacious, beautifully-appointed but comfortable, and laid out in such a way that everyone has privacy. And the location was wonderful for us as well - close to the airport, a quick drive down to CostCo to stock up, and only 10-15 minutes into town or to Kekaha Kai beach, a hidden gem north of the airport. The one issue we had - the toilet in the master bath wasn't flushing properly - was dealth with quickly and efficienty by the Richard, the property manager. Do make sure that the fridge and freezer don't get overfilled and do close completely - we were warned of this and yet still had a few times when we noticed that things were not staying cold. Use the fridge in the ohana for your extras!"
