"Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd time at Sea Village. This unit is in a great location. The grounds are well manicured.Love the phone call the day prior to arrival from KCV to see if we needed anything. YES, we will return, hopefully to this same unit."

  • Winter escapee from Idaho

"The condo was well furnished in very nice island heavy rattan style. Husband and I felt very at home there. The Queen bed is quite comfortable and it has drawers below so you can store everything to keep the unit neat. Great little kitchen fully stocked. No dishwasher but who cares when you are on vacation? The unit is very well located near old town Kilua and the best snorkel beach down south about a mile. Fantastic. This convenient 1st floor unit is close to the parking area and a bbq. There are bbq's and lounge chairs across the street on the beach front where you can take dinner or a few drinks and enjoy the sunset every night about 6pm. The owners provided ice chests, beach towels and beach chairs as well. The lanai faces the street so there is traffic but we sort of did not mind. Just had another rum & ? or walked across to listen to the ocean. Costco, Walmart, Safeway etc are about a mile from the condo so we found it easy to shop. The unit was very clean, cute, and relaxing. The price was excellent so that overrides the traffic issue plus there is a small view of the ocean crashing on the lava shore that was very nice to wake up to. We slept with the patio door open all night. On Sunday morning we heard beautiful harmonic songs floating our way from the church of The Living Stones. One of the exceptional things we did was take a Mt. Kileuea tour with Hawaii Forest & Trail Company. They will pick you up at the bus stop out front of the condos. Well worth the money and time. The tour guide was a native Hawaiian and shared both science and Hawaiian legends and culture of the big island throughout the day. Take the tour and stay in this condo. Excellent value and location. We stayed 9 days beginning of February during Humpback whale calving and green sea turtle mating season so loved those treats as well. We will return to this condo in Kona Bali Kai property. I tossed my lei into the surf and made a wish before departing ( Hawaiian tradition).Did not want to leave. Mahalo to the owners for a great spot to stay!! Many Alohas"

  • Fantastic place!!! Would absolutely stay here again

"My wife and I stayed @ the Kona Coffee estate from 3/5 to 3/10. The location is fantastic. The ocean views are amazing and the whole vibe is totally relaxing. The directions to the place were spot on although finding the correct left turn was a bit of challenge at first in the dark but after that, easy. Shay the dog was great. She's a very nice dog and we thoroughly enjoyed her company. I hope I'm that mobile when I get her age. The unit was light and airy with beautiful ocean views from the kitchen and bedroom. The area's animals (wild chickens, pigs and turkeys) were cool. Be aware the chickens start making noise at 4:30 and we were awake by 6:30 typically. No biggie but something for folks to be aware of. This is a great value for the money and I highly recommend it."

  • a very nice place for a family holiday

"We have stayed at the Four Seasons resort 4-5 times, but this was our first time to stay outside the hotel at one of the Villas. I would highly recommend this type of vacation, especially for families. The Villa itself was wonderful and very well maintained. Its a ways from the beach, but with the golf carts it takes only a few minutes to be at the ocean. The feel of the Villa is very upscale and even more luxurious than the rooms at the four seasons for sure. Sitting on the deck looking across the golf course towards the ocean you get a great sense that you are staying in somewhere special. I can not say if its the nicest Villa in Hualalai, but if you are used to staying at the four seasons this villa is a very nice step up in the luxury scale."
