"The condo is clean and well maintained. Cyndy is very helpful and responsive. We stayed here for a week and enjoyed every moment of it. Nothing could beat dinning with ocean view from morning till dawn. Location is fantastic, walking distance to gorcery store and within half an hour drive to most of the snorkeling places and Kona downtown. i will definitely recommend it."

"We really enjoyed our one month stay here. It was quiet and private. We liked that it had its own private patio with a BBQ and a outside table/chairs. It was a great spot for enjoying ones morning coffee or quiet dinner. The condo is away from the hustle of Kona traffic, shops and restaurants. I would recommend this condo very highly. It could, however, be a problem for anyone with physical disabilities since one has to go down one set of stairs to the unit."

"My husband and young son and I stayed at this condo for 13 nights and didn't want to leave. The location is great, close to Kailua-Kona but removed from the congestion and tourists. Having Sam Choy's and KTA market 2 minutes away was great as well. We found ourselves heading south most of the time, and Donkey Balls candy shop, my son's favorite, was a few miutes away. Kona Joe's coffee farm, my favorite, was close too. The condo is well built; I never heard any neighbors even though they were there and very friendly. We loved the pool which is a one minute walk from the condo. On a clear day, the view is breathtaking. The meticulously modern updating inside the condo was blissful. Granite countertops in the kitchen and stocked way beyond what's normal for a vacation rental. The bathrooms have nice stone showers and granite counters. The bedrooms are well-appointed with comfy beds and upscale bedding, as well as televisions. One of the best parts of this condo was the "beach closet" that had more than everything we needed. Other vacation condos never had as much stuff as Mike and Nancee! We also loved having a gas grill on the lanai for grilling our fresh Marlin. Mike was super about all the arrangements: organized and communicative. I highly recommend this condo! P.S. kids will love the abundant geckos all around outside."

"We just got back from a week stay at this unit, and we loved it! The unit is in a great, quiet location on a golf course. The lanai has a great full ocean view and west facing, so you see sunsets every evening. I spent every evening sitting in the lanai, enjoying the view and the warm tradewinds. A grocery store and drug store is conveniently located right down the street. The nearest beach, Kahaluu Beach, is one mile away, and is awesome for snorkeling. Other beaches up the coast are about a 30 minute drive. The Kona Coffee Belt, where you can take tours and tastings of several different coffee farms, is about 10 miles away. All in all, a great location for all the sights in Kona. Owner is very nice and accommodating. I would love to rent this unit again if I'm ever back on the Big Island."
