"We were only able to stay 8 nights, but had a wonderful time! The condo was well appointed with all the necessities, including a cooler, an umbrella, and boogy boards for the beach. We were far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Kailua, yet close enough to be there in minutes."

"I just returned from a 12 day stay at his condo with my family of 4. The pictures almost don't do it justice, its perfect! Everything was very clean and tidy when we got there. There were absolutely no problems with cockroaches or geckos in the condo, I saw maybe 3 bugs the entire time and they were small ones that would have entered when opening and closing the screens. The condo has a great view and a nice hammock/patio to sit on and have meals or just enjoy the sun, there are also plenty of fans to keep the condo cool during the heat of the day. From the patio we could watch paddle boarders, boats and sea life (particularly dolphins). There are also 2 geckos that like to hang out on the patio. The condo also has a pool which was usually pretty quiet and nice to head to for a quick swim if you didn't want to walk to the beach. The beach park is within probably a 15 minute walk up the road, and is really great to go snorkelling at. The guest book was really helpful in finding places to eat/tours to take, we were never disappointed. My favourite thing that we did was book a private fishing boat through Bite Me for 6 hours, we caught a 283 pound marlin and a 12 pound mahi mahi, it was a great experience for all of us. The condo is in a great location to do site seeing around the island (ex-volcano, black sand beaches) and easily accessible from the main highway. I didn't notice any traffic noise from the road. I would definitely stay here again, the owners have done a really wonderful job and were incredibly helpful and prompt when booking the property."

"Our family of six spent two wonderful weeks here. It is really well situated and it has everything you need for the beach and the surf: beach towels, beach chairs, matts and umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel gear, toys for the 3 year old to play in the sand. It has fishing gear, tennis rackets, tennis balls, and it has coolers and the most recent island guides. In fact, the only thing missing is you. The condo was spotless and furnished with taste. Beds were very comfy, wakening in the morning to bird singing. Wifi works great all the time. There are a few smal beaches only a few minutes away. For some fun in the water go to ''magic sand'' beach: action guaranteed. Kona is only a few miles to the north for dining/shopping. Closer to the condo, there is shopping, grocery store, drug store , restaurants up the hill, a very short drive. The lanai was the spot were most of our days ended. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and concerned of our needs. If we do go back to the big Island, King's Condo would be the place, the only place. It was paradise for two weeks."

"My husband and I have rented condos on each of the major Hawaiian islands, and I can honestly say this is the nicest unit we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. To say that it is well-equipped would be a huge understatement. From ice chests to towels to beach chairs to sunscreen, this home has it all. Even tennis rackets and snorkeling equipment! The unit itself is clean and very well cared for. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need to feel at home, including both a Keurig and drip coffeemaker, as well as a coffee grinder. You name it, they have it! The lanai is the best part--it's a corner unit with stunning views in every direction. And because it's the last building in the complex, there are no neighbors next to you. We spent every night sitting on the lanai watching the spectacular sunsets. The complex is clean with stunning landscaping. The location is perfect, close to downtown, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. If you are planning a trip to the Big Island, do yourself a favor and book this unit--you won't be disappointed!"
