  • Condo near Kona Kailua

"We enjoyed staying at this condo for one week in November. For our purposes, it was perfect. The resort was quiet, relaxing, beautifully landscaped with tennis courts, a refreshing pool and close to some great snorkeling and a sandy beach. For meals, there were restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The deck overlooked a golf course where you could go for walks to watch the sunset. We had one small issue which Maggie and Steve resolved immediately. We would come back here in a heartbeat and would certainly recommend staying here if you are visiting Kona."

  • Vacation with Granddaughters

"Great place. Very clean, close to everything. The pool is a stones throw. You can see it from your window. Path to see the sunset on the beach is right across from the parking. Rocky beach but very beautiful. We took a walk around the grounds. Very beautiful landscape. Stores and restaurants just a short drive or walk up the hill. Hint about check out. You have to have all sheets and towels washed. The dryer takes " forever". Get all your towels done the night before. We only had sheets to do. Started before 7:00 am and left the last load in the dryer we still didn't get out of there until 10:00 am. Sandy, this place is wonderful but you should have maintenance man clean the dryer vent would be much more efficient not to mention faster drying clothes. Thanks and I would stay there again."

  • A wonderful place to stay

"After a day or two in your condo my husband said, "This is more like someone's home rather than a vacation rental". And that pretty well sums it up. Much better furniture and furnishings than the other rentals we've had in this complex. And the 'no stairs' was a welcome change from our previous rentals. Thank you so much for your awesome hospitality and we will be back!"

  • Great Stay

"Loved this condo. Very spacious and quiet. Had a wonderful fully equipped kitchen, lovely dining room and that great covered lanai right on the water. With the windows and fans did not need AC. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, great location and parking. Single story, easy access to everything."
