"We really enjoyed our stay at this condo, it was even better than we expected. Its very spacious and with the floor to ceiling windows in the main living area and master suite, it brought the outside in. We where treated to spectacular sunsets every night and spectacular views in the morning. The condo contained all the necessary amenities and everything worked as it should. It was very comfortable and we really felt at home. The location is awesome being close to the airport and downtown Kona and the wonderful beaches all around. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who need some where to relax and enjoy all that Hawaii offers. Cant say enough. Oh yeah the owners where wonderful to work with as well......."

  • Loved this unit!

"We just got back from a week stay at this unit, and we loved it! The unit is in a great, quiet location on a golf course. The lanai has a great full ocean view and west facing, so you see sunsets every evening. I spent every evening sitting in the lanai, enjoying the view and the warm tradewinds. A grocery store and drug store is conveniently located right down the street. The nearest beach, Kahaluu Beach, is one mile away, and is awesome for snorkeling. Other beaches up the coast are about a 30 minute drive. The Kona Coffee Belt, where you can take tours and tastings of several different coffee farms, is about 10 miles away. All in all, a great location for all the sights in Kona. Owner is very nice and accommodating. I would love to rent this unit again if I'm ever back on the Big Island."

  • Perfect Family Vacation

"This was our second stay in this large and comfortable condo, located in a very quiet residential area. We loved hearing the ocean from the main lanai, and really enjoyed the large bedrooms with our 2 teens. The condo has great views and the resort is close to many places to explore on your vacation. We loved the neighbourhood around the resort. We walked to the Sheraton to see the sunset and another night walked to a great informal restaurant on Keauhou Bay. It has boogie boards, coolers, snorkel gear and lawn chairs supplied - you just need to show up for a great vacation. Steve is very accommodating and easy to make arrangements with. We hope to be back for a third visit."

  • Fantastic location by the sea!

"We booked the seaside condo in Kona, Hawaii for a two week getaway; and arrived in the late evening. In the morning we got a glimpse of the beautiful ocean lapping in, and all the birds and gecko's; what a treat to wake up to! It was the perfect getaway for us! The first week we just relaxed, went snorkelling, cooled off in the tidal pools out front, and enjoyed the scenery of humpback whales breaching, spinner dolphins, and turtles. The condo was well stocked with coolers, boogie boards, and an umbrella. It was easy ten minute walk up to the shopping centre for supplies, and a ten minute walk to go snorkelling. We saw so many beautiful fish, and turtles; a great snorkelling area when the ocean is calm. The second week we rented a car and explored the island; Waipio Valley, Green sand beach, hiking to Kilauea volcano; so many beautiful black sand beaches to explore! We even took a tour of the Seahorse farm. Maria was very helpful with answering our questions, and was very prompt with getting back to us. If we had any problems; handyman Bill was there to assist, and offer some great places to go! We both really loved the condo; very well stocked; great kitchen! Thanks to the owners to upgrade the kitchen; they did a wonderful job! We really appreciate the opportunity to share your amazing place! The only thing I might suggest is a barbeque for the condo; there is a shared one on the grounds; but it is so hard to tear away from the beautiful waterfont! Excellent trip; we would definately recommend it to friends and family!"
