Lots of space
"Our family of eight had a great time at the "Stay in Heaven." There are three private bedrooms on the first floor all with their own full bathrooms. Then there are two bedrooms up stairs with twin beds in them (total of 5 twin beds). There was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the privacy the house offered too. Our granddaughters age 1 and 3 could be in the back bedrooms sleeping while the crew was out on the lanai making all kinds of noise. The lanai was where we gathered in the evenings, playing card games etc. There are nice tv's in all the bedrooms and lanai. The foosball table was a major draw for our compeitive family. The town of Kona is walkable but there is also a wiki wiki type bus that can pick you up and drive you into town. Kitchen is well stocked, two washing machines, two dryers too. Great time, great memories."

"The condo was very clean, well appointed, and more spacious than we expected. It was extremely comfortable and the swimming pool and tennis courts were really big hits. Another plus, that we made use of, was the community barbecue area. The owners also had it stocked with snorkeling gear, beach towels, tennis rackets, fishing rods, and other equipment to make the stay very enjoyable. The real proof of the pudding is that we would rent this condo again and want to thank the owners for making our vacation even more enjoyable."

"We stayed for eight nights and just loved this cozy little surfside nest.
Highly recommended for couples who don't mind the waves swooping in to 10 feet from the lanai. Watch the surfers just offshore all day long. Turtles surface frequently for a gulp of air. And if you like snorkeling like we do, the most accessible snorkeling hole on the whole Kona side of the island is a walk, literally a WALK down the word at Kahalu'u Beach Park. Owner Julie is great to work with, very quick to communicate, with clear information. We plan to be back."

"The condo was well appointed and as advertised. The weather was very hot most days with the locals complaining about how unusual it was. The condo because of a second floor facing West and South with East windows was unusually comfortable with great cross breezes. At sunset in the living room there would be this spectacular red sky from both lanais with the TV in the middle. Sometimes the surf would be up at night pounding the shore just a few feet away with dramatic effect. Ed could not have been kinder sending me a notice of an outbreak of dengue fever on Halloween which caused us to stop the practice of keeping the door open during the day :-) . We will want to do this vacation again in the future and could not think of a better place."
