"Don't let the old exterior of the building fool you. The condo is very up to date inside, with granite countertops, ceiling fans, and a very comfortable bed. But the all-glass walls on two side of this spacious apartment outshine any other features. You could not be this close to the beautiful crashing waves in any million dollar condo anywhere! You could spend your whole vacation just watching the colorful fish in the waves right from your condo! The lovely park next door is also an entertaining people watching spot. And the fragrant flowers all along Alii drive make morning walks delightful. We also enjoyed watching the bold surfers from our balconies. The best snorkeling beach is a half-mile down the road. Enjoy the free Kona coffee at Splashers Grill in Kona with breakfast. It's all good!"

"My husband and I stayed here for our 5 year anniversary during our trip to Kona. We stayed in the Kona area and the condo for 4 nights and we wish we were there longer! The condo is a very decent size, two bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area. The lanai was the entire length of the condo. A family could easily stay here. The kitchen was stocked with all supplies you would need as was the entire condo. We never ran out of beach towels, bath towels, or anything. The condo was located right across from Magic Sands Beach, which was enjoyable with the big waves. The snorkeling in the beach down the street was also fun. It is just a short ride to the restaurants and shops in Kona area on the water and we were able to see the most beautiful sunsets. Jonathan was very easy to work with and always responsive. He provided detailed instructions and suggestions for activities and restaurants in the area. The entire process was seamless and we really enjoyed our vacation. We would highly recommend this condo rental and hope to return in the future."

"My wife and I recently stayed in this unit for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed each day. Well appointed and comfortable. In fact we may purchase a temperpedic bed. There are some quirks with the shower in that you have to make sure it is not leaking after using it. You just have to turn it off and on repeatedly until it stops. A number of wall outlets do not work but there are enough to take care of charging gadgets. We experienced an unusually hot spell in July with no breeze and A/C would have been nice from about 1:00PM until 5:00 PM. That became pool or beach time. We met some nice folks and even got to be part of a wedding as a couple conducted their wedding ceremony below our unit near the pool. Wonderful way to spend our 37th anniversary. We have been coming to this condo complex on and off since 1981. It is a heck of a bargain."

"This condo is great as a home base for an active vacation. By foot and rental car, there was more really fun stuff to do than we could handle in seven days. The bed was very comfortable. All the appliances worked. We enjoyed grilling and eating at the pool area. The owner is an old pro at this and easy to work with. It is best for early risers as the city and traffic noise hit about day break."
