"Villa Quatro and Villa Cinco were perfect for our group of 19 adults and 1 infant. The younger group stayed in Cinco and the "older group" stayed in Quatro where we held all of our meals, used the pool and just hung out as a group. From the start of my query with Jack, who was most helpful, and once we were close to arriving, Michelle was wonderful to deal with, this was an amazing overall experience. My 90 year old dad was so happy to have his family with him, and this location is perfect. Close to everything, was so handy to be that close to Costco, which we frequented a lot! I would love to come back one day with 3 other couples for a golf vacation. There were a couple of issues early on, but they were handled very quickly, so no problems with this property. I would recommend to a group anytime, you have to see it to appreciate it. Thank you so much to Jack and Michelle."

"This condo in Kona Pacific was absolutely perfect. It is quiet and overlooks green space and a little view of the water. The unit is very large and spacious with large lanai (balcony) even with a table setting to dine outside and comfy outdoor chairs. The condo is very comfortable with 2 queen beds in the very large bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a full washing machine and dryer in the apartment. It has its own car parking space but is walking distance to EVERYTHING in Kona. The condo is just as you see it on the net....this block is older but well maintained. The owner Joel is a pleasure to deal with, and any questions you have he is so quick to reply to emails. His customer service is exemplary. We had an issue with arrival time and his help and flexibility with this was terrific. You can walk to all the restaurants and entertainment in Kona.....no need for a car if you just stay in Kona but if you want to explore further afield (and there's so much to see and do on the BIG Island) you will need a car. We loved having some of the basics in the kitchen like oil, gladwrap, salt and pepper and basically a cupboard of other travellers' leftovers....fabulous! There are beach towels, snorkel and beach things...even sun tan lotion was there....maybe leftover from someone else but that's fine.
We would highly recommend everything about this condo and feel confident you would not be disappointed. Just be mindful you are not staying in the Sheraton with flash foyers and 5 star sterile clinical perfection. The personal touches, the size and comfort of this condo along with a great owner far outweigh any tiny room in a 5 star hotel. AND the biggest bonus it is such good value. Congratulations Joel you are doing everything right....just keep doing what you are doing!!!
We loved it so much and if we return to Kona we would stay NOWHERE else.
PS We did have a small issue with a running toilet and emailed Joel and he was on to it IMMEDIATELY with a courteous tradie who liaised with us and Joel and it was fixed almost straight away."

"Condo was pretty much as described, nice pool & ocean views, but interior contained too much of owners belongings. No room in kitchen cabinets, guest closet in bedroom contained multiple quilts, comforters, pillows, coolers, vac, ironing board, pillows that there was no room to hang any clothes. Bed had memory foam topper & the bedding wouldn't stay on the bed, very irritating. About the only thing nice was that it was clean."

"Sitting poolside writing this review on our last day of an amazing two week holiday. Paul's house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need including lots of beach gear, towels, bbq, spices and condiments (not to mention the great pool). Walking distance to two amazing beaches and close to shopping. We were a family of 5 adults and 3 kids with space to accommodate more without feeling crowded. Paul is very informative and helpful and we certainly enjoyed the 2 bottles of champagne he brought for us. I would definitely recommend his place to anyone looking for the perfect vacation rental. Mahalo Paul!
