Beautiful property suitable for a large extended family vacation
"We wanted a large property near Kailua to have a family vacation with our three adult children, their spouses, and children. Huelani was perfect. The place is stunning inside and out. A beautiful view of the ocean is perfect for the almost mandatory sunset watching. The pool is a great place to cool off after a morning at the beach. Being at about 1500 feet elevation, it's cooler than the coast and in the afternoon, we often had clouds come over to help cool it further. It's about 6 miles from KOA and 5 miles from Kailua just off the rim road, well positioned to head North to Waimea or Hawi or South to Kahalu'u beach or further South to South Point. We had rain a few afternoons and sitting in the secluded hot tub during a rainstorm was a treat. Be sure to go through the entire house before buying anything (beach gear, toddler accommodations, etc.) as previous guests have bought and left many useful items. Vicki was fantastic to deal with; just simply a pleasure, always helpful."

"I recently contacted Gail about a stay at her condo in January and although we were WAY too late to be able to stay at this beautiful place, Gail spent time on the phone and the internet helping us (myself, my daughter and her family) to find a place to stay in Kona! And then, above and beyond, she also emailed me her "Gail's Fun List of Things to Do" even though we won't be staying at her property this winter. So nice to find a real person to talk to instead of a corporate website. I'm already rallying my sisters for a trip later this year, see you soon Gail!"

"My husband and I stayed at this beautiful, clean and very well equipped home in March of 2015. We were there to
celebrate our 46th Anniversary. We had an amazing time in Kona (our first time there). The home was more than
homey and comfortable, the king size bed was so comfy, being able to smoke on the lanai made it easier than
having to leave the property. We did spend most to our time on the lanai, enjoying the birds and the garden.
Ask Barb for a tour of her garden, she has some unusual and beautiful plants.
We did have a problem finding the place the night we arrived, it is so dark in Hawaii at night and the street
signs need some updating, so use google map, or a GPS if you arrive at night, and are old like us. Ask Bruce for
information on Captain Cook Trading for excellent discounts on MAC nuts and KONA coffee. We would love to
go again next year, or sooner."

"Rented Villa Quatro, Cinco, and Pinao for a large family reunion for a week. The three Villas provided an excellent venue for our special event. 12 families stayed at the three Villas and we hosted 58 guests from around the globe on two special event evenings. Spacious accommodations made it possible to set up the tables, chairs, and serving areas for our large group. All food for the events were prepared in the three kitchens at the Villas. Kitchens were fully equipped and had everything we needed except for some very large pots and pans. The children loved the pool and the adults had a great time in the Jacuzzi's. We also enjoyed the tennis court and the wireless internet facilities. We had searched for an appropriate place for our reunion and I am so glad we found this place. The Villas are very spacious and so private. Everything is lush and green with fabulous views of the coastline. Conveniently located for access to markets, shops and local events. This was a tremendous undertaking for us and this place was perfect. Many thanks to our hosts Bob and Michelle who took care of our needs and requests but still provided us with the privacy we desired. Mahalo"
