"Very nice! Caretakers have the house and grounds very clean. Big windows to enjoy the beautiful gardens. Close to the ocean and town. I just enjoy doing nothing! We are excited to visit again for the 3 year this July 2015."

"My experience with the Hale Haumea was wonderful. I loved the location, set in a very peaceful and quiet spot in the tropical rain forest. The hale was immaculate and was well cared for. Nature thrives in her abundance and the hale fits in perfectly. Diane was very accommodating and prompt in her response to my reservation and the hale has everything needed for comfort. I loved the screened porch and the cross breezes in the bedroom. The rain on the metal roof was very soothing. The sense of community at Wednesday night Farmers' Market at Uncle Robert's was extra special and so was dinner and lunch at the Kalani Yoga Retreat. Mahalo to Diane for her Aloha."

"Babette's cottage provided everything that we needed for our stay. The location provides you with a lovely symphony of birds, frogs, and geckos to lull you to sleep. Star gazing from Pahoa area is sublime! The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen supplies for cooking are perfect. There is a burner and little oven, as well as, a microwave. Top it off with the coffee maker and refrigerator and there's nothing you need! The location is perfect for touring Hilo, lava flows in Pahoa, and the end of the road from the previous lava flows. The heated ponds are very close by and Kehena Beach is perfect!"
