"Wonderful Xmas time spent in that house : everything inside -and outside- is made to feel you like home while on vacation ! On top of that the house is very close to Volcanoes national park (easy to be there early and late in the day), and not too far from Hilo should you need some groceries, or visit the north of Hilo, and if you feel the mood it is also easy to drive to South point !
We hghly recommend this cosy cottage."

"Top communication from the owners, and the propery was exactly as advertised. We arrived late, and it was really nice to be able to park right at the door to unload. It was deeply appreciated to find the property thoroughly clean. My daughter loved sleeping in the loft, and everyone admired the elegantly crafted spiral staircase."

"Even with three hurricanes swirling around the island and huge surf at the tide pools this was still an excellent place to stay. Fish nibble your toes in the pond. And great fish to see at the tide pools. Highly recommended if your there on a wed night driving to uncle Roberts about 20 min down the road for the live music and market."

"We had a wonderful two nights at the beautiful cottage. Tropical storm Hilda was passing by, so we had a lot of rain, which added to the beauty of this enchanting cottage. Truly magical sitting on the lanai and watching and listening to the rain. My only advice is make sure to get there in daylight. We forgot to bring instructions, phone was dying, and hubby was feeling sick, and it was getting dark! We did find the cottage and was very grateful that the owner returned our call to make sure we got there. Great Thai food close by, and truly enjoyed visiting Volcanoes National Park. Will be back!"
