The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Another great trip to KBV 101. Unit is very well maintained and equipped. Perfect location for snorkeling or surfing Kahala'u bay. Suggestions for guests: 1-- enjoy the snorkeling, avoid Wed. Cruise ship day, and please don't stand on the coral or chase the sea turtles! 2-- don't believe the advertised wifi, it is useless. 3-- don't expect comfortable living room furniture."

"We love the Waikoloa Beach Resort area and this villa was perfect for our needs. The villa is well-equipped, comfortable and just as beautiful as the posted pictures. The beach chairs were particularly handy to have. It is a short walk to the beach, shopping and lots of activities. We enjoyed having breakfast on the lanai and views overlooking the golf course and the surrounding mountains in the distance. Cindy was a pleasure to work with and responded quickly. We hope to return soon."

"This is a small studio, decorated perfectly. It has everything you would need, including an electric kettle for us Irish nationalist who need their tea in the morning and evening. Don't expect a full kitchen here though, it has a small fridge that fits under the counter, a microwave, and an electric plugin hot plate that isn't high powered enough to really cook, coupled with a lack of counter space, the kitchen area is really for breakfast cereal, pastries, cold sandwich stuff, maybe fry an egg. However the location is perfect, all restruants in downtown Kona are no farther then a 1 min walk outside the back gate. Yes the parking situation sucks, but again after our days activities like beach, scuba, volcano, we just parked the car for the evening and walked downtown, so the lack of parking was never an issue for us. Cool Place!!!"
