"The view is breathtaking! I can"t imagine a better ocean view on the whole island! The condo is in a great location. We were able to easily access the whole island. The location is not crowded with tourists like the Poipu. We also enjoyed the pool! The water temperature was just right! The kitchen is well equipped with anything you might need. It is an older building, but the view and location for the price cannot be beat!"

"The beach house is in a great location in Kapa'a. You can walk to all of the shops in Kapa'a in just a few minutes or you can walk to the beach and the nice bike paths in a few minutes. A boat launch is nearby where you can watch the locals put in and head to the ocean. There is even a bike rental store about 2 minutes walk from the house. Kapa'a is also located about equal distances from the North Coast of the island and the dry side of the South Coast of the island. Duke and his staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They asked for input on how to make our stay better while we were there and then acted on our suggestions in less than a day! Duke also teaches stand up paddle boarding (SUP) and he did a great job teaching the whole family level 1 SUP (2 adults and 3 teenagers). The SUP instruction was extra but well worth the money. After our instruction we used the SUP boards that Duke has several times to go up one of the local rivers. The beach he took us to for the SUP was our favorite beach we found on the entire island. The kitchen is well appointed and the refrigerator with ice and water dispenser is especially nice during the summer when we were there. A grocery store is located almost across the street from the beach house and the prices at the store were very reasonable for Kaui. We were very happy with our stay at the beach house and would recommend this property to any family, regardless of age or size. Great house! Great Location! Great Value!"

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Our stay included a week of time in your A107 Unit. It was very nice and spacious. Beautiful views. Privacy was great. Our special concierge for our room specifically gave us all we needed all the time to enjoy our stay. We could not get the dishwasher to work but maintenance came and fixed it. The TV was difficult but we figured it out. The system to get into the pool area was difficult and everyone has trouble with the code but we figured that out too. Thank you for our nice stay in your beautiful condo."

"Renting this house was an experience we will remember for a very long time.
The house is beautifully situated with a large yard, broken perfectly with a barrier of vegetation then the beach, providing privacy while also allowing for those beautiful ocean views.
The house is decorated impeccably with every convenience considered. The kitchen was better stocked with quality cooking utensils and pots and pans than some of our own homes. If we thought we wanted it, it was there. Without fail. And not with the Walmart quality furnishings but instead high quality items in all cases.
The configuration gives every room a view. One bedroom requires the door open for the views, but they all have them. Every room has its own private bath, which was wonderful.
While we were there there were hurricanes off shore that blocked the trade winds from coming through. The house has no airconditioning and we had a few uncomfortable days and nights with the heat, but once the trade winds made it through, all was good, we were much more comfortable.
Beth did everything in her power to make our stay the best experience we could have. She brought additional fans when we were hot, answered numerous questions, and made many recommendations including assisting us in hiring a private chef for a special celebration night. The house was so beautifully appointed we had no desire to drag our group of 9 out to a restaurant.
We did have a few instances of people walking into the yard to ask if they could shower off. It was no big deal, and they were always very cordial. So we took a "hang loose" Hawaiian attitude and went with the flow. No big deal, really.
We thank Beth for sharing this wonderful house and look forward to our visit the next time we return to Kauai. We will absolutely return to Ginger Beach House again."
