"This condo has the perfect location, easy to travel to the whole island. Had everything we needed and then some. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Rose Ann made the reservation very easy. We kept very busy, but at the same time it was a very relaxing vacation."

"We love Lae Nani! We have stayed in other units here before, and this one did not disappoint. My husband and I, along with a single adult friend, stayed for a week in August. The owner was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The on-site manager was also pleasant, and seems to be doing a great job since Outrigger Resorts left the on-site office. The condo was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, well-appointed, and had beautiful views from the lanai. Kapa'a is a convenient central location for exploring the island. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The beaches of Kapa'a are not the best on the island, but the small cove in front of Lae Nani is very nice, and so is the pool, and the grounds. The main road through Kapa'a gets congested at times, but Lae Nani is far enough off of it, that you don't hear the traffic, and you don't feel too close to it. You mainly see the ocean and hear the waves from inside the condo. We would totally stay here again, and recommend it to others! Mahalo Suzanne for sharing your condo, and for being flexible with our dates (our trip was slightly altered due to hurricanes), and prompt with our deposit refund."

Bring on the romance of Kaua'i at this amazing location
The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We stayed in this wonderful condo, knowing we were splurging a bit on a luxury property. It was so worth it. This condo, the lovely interior and the excellent location made our entire vacation. What a wonderful introduction to Hawaii. We visited many of the beaches all around the island and actually enjoyed "ours" the best. Secluded beach, shared with swimming turtles, though public, had minimal people and is just steps from the condo with an unmatched view. I still miss waking every morning to coffee at sunrise on the lanai. Close to the best restaurants on the island (in our opinion) and to shopping without feeling crowded or urban. We would definitely stay here again...and again. Folks considering staying here should know there is not air conditioning, though multiple fans are provided. The ocean air is muggy and the condo is quite warm at night. The fans move the air, but do not provide much cooling, so if you're uncomfortable with hot, humid weather, you might not be happy with the lack of air conditioning. But once you open the sliding glass door to the giant lanai and hear the ocean waves hitting the shore, you'll forget about everything else."

"There were 5 of us staying in this condo and the accommodations were awesome. I believe we had the best view of all the condos. Plenty of space with room to spare. Location was kinda in the middle of everywhere we went, whether it was north or south. Kitchen, Dining room and bathrooms were really nice. The carpet in all bedrooms needs to be replaced along with the living room furniture. We easily overlooked this as the rest was just awesome. The view is perfect. Snorkel gear, beach chairs and towels, floaties, beach umbrellas, it was all there for use. Only downfall was that my mom hurt her foot before our trip and there are no elevators and we were on the third floor.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone staying on Kauaii as opposed to a hotel if you're staying on the island more than one night. Very quiet and relaxing. There are 2 bedrooms available."
