  • Amazing!

"We had an amazing time at this condo! It was very well equipped. The view from the lanai was incredible! So nice to sit and have a coffee in the morning and a beer at night and listen to the waves and watch the spinner dolphins. The road noise was not an issue. The beach is quite nice, but the best part is that it is in the middle of everything, making all areas of the island easily accessible. Having air conditioning in the bedroom was a godsend! The complex is also very nice. The pool was the perfect temperature to cool off without being cold. Sarah was very nice and accommodating. Will definitely come back here... highly recommend!"

  • Beautiful Condo, Awesome Views

"I had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic ocean front condo in December 2013. The view is spectacular from both the living room/kitchen and master bedroom. I fell asleep each night to sound of the ocean....awesome! The unit was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed (pots/pans, dishes, silverware, etc.). Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a huge plus. We sat on the lanai staring out into the ocean for hours just in total heaven. The grounds are well manicured and lush! The management company was a delight to work with and they made the whole process from the reservations to arrival and departure easy and uncomplicated. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be back for sure! Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

  • Lovely condo with everything you need and a beautiful ocean view!

"We really enjoyed our stay at the condo at Wailua Bay View. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed, and even some extra perks like snorkel and beach gear and Kauai travel books. The owner gives thorough and very clear instructions. We really liked the location because we wanted to visit the south and north end of the island and so staying at the condo made the drives much shorter. It is also very close to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. It has an amazing view and it is so nice to open the glass sliding doors and listen to the waves."

  • Best Vacation Spot on Kauai

"My husband and I just came back from 10 days in Craig and Shari's oceanfront condo on beautiful Kauai. We feel very fortunate to have located such an amazing place for a home base. To begin with, Craig and Shari are awesome people and very easy to work with. (Thank you!) Once you arrive, the first thing you will notice is that the resort is off the main highway yet easily accessible. The property is gated so parking is never a problem and the landscaping is impeccable. The interior of this unit is very nicely updated and was spotless when we arrived. If you like to eat in, the kitchen is well-stocked with all the utensils, dinnerware and cookware you could possibly need. We loved the king bed; very roomy and comfortable. The view of the waves from the lanai is lovely. If you've never been to Kauai and want to explore, the east shore where this property is located is a great place. Day trips to the north, south and west shores are easy. Be prepared for traffic at times. Kauai has only one main highway and it can get clogged in some places, but you're not there to speed around anyway. Relax and take it easy. You'll get where you're going all in good time. Also, remember that the beach in front of the property is not a private beach even though the resort is gated. There is public access via a nearby sidewalk but, in the entire 10 days we were there, we didn't observe a single rowdy or inappropriate person or group (and this was despite the fact we were there on the Fourth of July). Usually only a few families or couples who were not guests at the resort used the beach at one time. Also, there is cable television and unsecured Wi-Fi available but remember that you are in a remote location. Connections/service can be spotty. Just roll with it. You should be out and about exploring the island anyway! If you like snorkeling, we recommend nearby Lydgate Beach (great for beginners) and Anini Beach or Tunnels (intermediate spots to the north). Tunnels is a snorkeler's nirvana, by the way. Jaw-dropping. The whole island is just an amazing place for the vacation you've always dreamed of; and Craig and Shari's unit is the perfect place to call home while you're there."

Wailua Travel Tips

Wailua Vacation Rentals Offer Serene Beauty

Wailua vacation rentals are a great place to stay if you want immediate access to the Wailua River State Park. The park covers over 1,000 acres of land on the island of Kuaia, and it includes Lydgate Park. If you like to kayak or canoe, the river is one of the state's best destinations. The minimal current makes it easy to paddle up and down stream. At the southern side of the river, you can pause for lunch at the picnic area. With vacation rentals in Wailua, you can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, making it a breeze to prepare your favorite meals to go.

Wailua Beach Rentals Make it Easy to Catch a Wave

With Wailua beach rentals, you get to stay near the water, and in many cases on the waterfront. A few steps bring you to a beach where you can snorkel, swim, sunbathe, or fish. Build a sandcastle or wait for low tide when you can explore the shallow pools filled with aquatic treasures. If you like to surf, grab your board. You can enjoy kite boarding, wake boarding, and wind surfing, too. When you finish playing, head back to your beach rental in Wailua and rinse off. Toss your wet swimsuits and towels in the dryer while you enjoy watching TV in the furnished living room.

Kauai Travel Takes You to Paradise

Kauai travel opportunities let you enjoy the garden island. If you like archeological sites, plan a trip to one of the nearby heiau. These Hawaiian temples pay tribute to yesteryear, preserving the history of the island. Whales, dolphins, and sea turtles like to swim though the waters, and the crystal-clear water is great for snorkeling. With vacation rentals in Wailua, you can also enjoy aerial tours and outdoor expeditions.
