"My wife and I wanted a special vacation for our 25th anniversary, but it had to accommodate our grown daughter also. We researched countless rentals and decided on Lenore's. We can't say enough about the condo. We have rented two other condos in Hawaii prior to this trip and this one is the best. The place is clean, up to date and the location is perfect. You are steps away from sand, ground level, corner unit in the closest building to the beach. The landscaping near her lanai is situated to give you great privacy, yet still open to great ocean views. The grounds around the condo are impressive. The pool and BBQ equipment are all top notch. The beach out front looked safe for youngsters. I am in the plumbing biz so I know the bathrooms have above average, quality, up to date fixtures. Due to its central location it was easy to get to any of the major Kauai attractions on any side of the island. You are in between everything. And close to some. Also, the bed in the master was extremely comfortable. Always a problem for me when I travel, but I slept like a baby all week long. This was our first time to Kauai, the island is one of the most beautiful places we have ever been. The condo was the perfect compliment. Highly recommend this property for your stay on Kauai. We will definitely be back!"Guest: David Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: July 5, 2014View listing
"Despite all the warnings and anxiety over the "twin hurricanes", our stay was excellent. Other than a couple of cloudy days and one overnight rain event, the weather was terrific. This is our second stay at Lae Nani. The first one required two bedrooms, but this one bedroom unit was perfect for a couple. The bed was comfortable, the view exceptional, and kitchen was well equipped. The extra half bath is also a plus. Definitely would recommend this unit for a couple or single individual who is looking for a tropical escape. The complex is remarkable. The improvement to the grounds since our last visit were noticeable. Having a swimmable beach (and "baby lagoon") and a pool with an ocean view are unbeatable. Very convenient for groceries and staples. The Farmers' Market on Tuesday and Thursday (walking distance) is a special treat. Can't miss with this one!!"Guest: West Coast Travel Buddies Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 18, 2014View listing
"We love Lae Nani! We have stayed in other units here before, and this one did not disappoint. My husband and I, along with a single adult friend, stayed for a week in August. The owner was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The on-site manager was also pleasant, and seems to be doing a great job since Outrigger Resorts left the on-site office. The condo was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, well-appointed, and had beautiful views from the lanai. Kapa'a is a convenient central location for exploring the island. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The beaches of Kapa'a are not the best on the island, but the small cove in front of Lae Nani is very nice, and so is the pool, and the grounds. The main road through Kapa'a gets congested at times, but Lae Nani is far enough off of it, that you don't hear the traffic, and you don't feel too close to it. You mainly see the ocean and hear the waves from inside the condo. We would totally stay here again, and recommend it to others! Mahalo Suzanne for sharing your condo, and for being flexible with our dates (our trip was slightly altered due to hurricanes), and prompt with our deposit refund."Guest: Denise S. "We stayed at this beautifully decorated condo in early July. It was very clean, functional, and fully stocked with all the basic items. It has two full bathrooms which was a big plus for a family of four. The condo and views are exactly as shown in the pictures! The grounds are absolutely beautiful with many different types of plants, palm trees and flowers. We spent many mornings and evenings sitting in the lanai enjoying the ocean view, summer breeze, beautiful grounds and listening to the ocean and birds. This gated community is conveniently central to Poipu and Princeville. The grocery store, restaurants and the golf course are all within about two miles. We highly recommend this condo unit. Mark (the owner) was very responsive and helpful!"Guest: Mark U. Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 14, 2014View listing
