  • Great condo!

"I recently stayed at WBV and it exceeded any expectations. The view was great as you can see the beach and hear the waves if you keep your lanai doors open. The condo is very spacious inside with updated tv's and a comfortable bed and couch. The kitchen is completely stocked with anything you could want on vacation. The condo is easy to get to from the highway and parking is easy and close. The location of the condo on the island is great and a quick walk across the street there is shopping and dining."

  • THE BEST!!

"What an absolutely wonderful vacation condo! Pictures don't do justice to how clean, wonderfully decorated, and well equipped with everything you could need to make your stay a pleasure --- and the VIEW!! I could not imagine going back and staying any where else. There is a reason every review is 5 star, and in addition Gene and Mary Grace are such wonderful people to work with. The unit is located close to many dining options. Several of our favorites were the Hukilau Lanai, at the Kauai Coast Resort, about 5 min away, a little pricy but well worth it. In Lihue, 10 min away, is a great place for lunch, Gaylords Plantation. Good food plus an array of small boutique shops to browse in and in addition, right behind the restaurant in the same complex, is the Koloa Rum Company, which offers a short tour and tasting room. The condo is really centrally located to visit the whole island and the distances are not very great. No matter which part of the island you visit there are beautiful beaches and really great vistas. Some of our favorites were the Kilauea lighthouse and the drive up to the observation points at the top of Waimea Canyon."

  • Very nice condo with a great view. Listen to the ocean from the living room.

"We stayed in this condo in August 2014 and loved it. The view of the beach is fabulous as well as the meticulously maintained grounds. We loved just having the lanai door open to the breeze and calming sound of the waves hitting the beach. The kitchen is stocked with pretty much all you need and there are straw mats and boogie boards for the beach. We left a large mat (couldn't fit in luggage) for the next visitors to enjoy. One of our favorite things to do was to have breakfast on the lanai with the ocean view and the local birds coming by to say good morning. There is no AC, but plenty of windows to allow a cross-breeze as well as ceiling fans and a portable fan to keep the air moving. Wayne and Nancy are very pleasant to work with. Their response to questions or concerns is very prompt and we had no problems whatsoever with the transaction. We fell in love with Kauai and are already planning another trip. We will not hesitate staying here again."

Wailua Travel Tips

Wailua Vacation Rentals Offer Serene Beauty

Wailua vacation rentals are a great place to stay if you want immediate access to the Wailua River State Park. The park covers over 1,000 acres of land on the island of Kuaia, and it includes Lydgate Park. If you like to kayak or canoe, the river is one of the state's best destinations. The minimal current makes it easy to paddle up and down stream. At the southern side of the river, you can pause for lunch at the picnic area. With vacation rentals in Wailua, you can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, making it a breeze to prepare your favorite meals to go.

Wailua Beach Rentals Make it Easy to Catch a Wave

With Wailua beach rentals, you get to stay near the water, and in many cases on the waterfront. A few steps bring you to a beach where you can snorkel, swim, sunbathe, or fish. Build a sandcastle or wait for low tide when you can explore the shallow pools filled with aquatic treasures. If you like to surf, grab your board. You can enjoy kite boarding, wake boarding, and wind surfing, too. When you finish playing, head back to your beach rental in Wailua and rinse off. Toss your wet swimsuits and towels in the dryer while you enjoy watching TV in the furnished living room.

Kauai Travel Takes You to Paradise

Kauai travel opportunities let you enjoy the garden island. If you like archeological sites, plan a trip to one of the nearby heiau. These Hawaiian temples pay tribute to yesteryear, preserving the history of the island. Whales, dolphins, and sea turtles like to swim though the waters, and the crystal-clear water is great for snorkeling. With vacation rentals in Wailua, you can also enjoy aerial tours and outdoor expeditions.
