"We love Lae Nani! We have stayed in other units here before, and this one did not disappoint. My husband and I, along with a single adult friend, stayed for a week in August. The owner was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The on-site manager was also pleasant, and seems to be doing a great job since Outrigger Resorts left the on-site office. The condo was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, well-appointed, and had beautiful views from the lanai. Kapa'a is a convenient central location for exploring the island. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The beaches of Kapa'a are not the best on the island, but the small cove in front of Lae Nani is very nice, and so is the pool, and the grounds. The main road through Kapa'a gets congested at times, but Lae Nani is far enough off of it, that you don't hear the traffic, and you don't feel too close to it. You mainly see the ocean and hear the waves from inside the condo. We would totally stay here again, and recommend it to others! Mahalo Suzanne for sharing your condo, and for being flexible with our dates (our trip was slightly altered due to hurricanes), and prompt with our deposit refund."Guest: Denise S. "We are a family of four and had a perfect vacation here! The view from the lanai is spectacular and the beach is just steps away. Our kids used the boogie boards everyday and surfed the shore break. The pool was lovely and the gardens are beautiful. Really a perfect place for us!"Guest: Lise Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 14, 2014View listing
"We had an amazing time at this condo! It was very well equipped. The view from the lanai was incredible! So nice to sit and have a coffee in the morning and a beer at night and listen to the waves and watch the spinner dolphins. The road noise was not an issue. The beach is quite nice, but the best part is that it is in the middle of everything, making all areas of the island easily accessible. Having air conditioning in the bedroom was a godsend! The complex is also very nice. The pool was the perfect temperature to cool off without being cold. Sarah was very nice and accommodating. Will definitely come back here... highly recommend!"Guest: Emily S. Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 9, 2014View listing
"Aloha! What more can we say about this place that has not already been said? We spent 9 days here for our honeymoon. It was our first time in Hawaii and we were not disappointed. The condo itself is absolutely fantastic. It sleeps four, but is also very comfortable for just two. It has almost everything you need to have a fantastic time in Kauai. Things we really loved about the condo: - It is centrally located. Whether you're visiting Polihale State Park on the South West shore, or the Kalalau Trail in the North West, or somewhere in between, you will find it easy to get where you want to go. We visited all over the island, and we never felt we were driving for long. - The view of Wailua Bay from the lanai (balcony) is stunning, and has to be one of the best on the island. We found that relaxing on the lanai was the perfect way to start and end our days. We miss the calming ocean sounds already. - The condo is well-stocked with things you will find useful like beach towels, beach mats, a boogie-board, soap, shampoo etc.. Also kitchen staples like salt, pepper, sugar, flour, butter, oil, pancake mix etc. We used a few things and left some for future guests too. - The condo complex is absolutely beautiful. It’s very quiet, there is a super clean pool and very nice landscaping. You are just steps from Wailua Beach, which is a beautiful and mostly secluded beach you can use for walking, sunbathing, swimming, surfing, boogie-boarding etc. - Just across the road is the Passion Bakery (yum!) and many other excellent restaurants, souvenir shops etc. are within a very short walk. You are just a couple of minutes drive from Safeway for groceries. Costco, Walmart, Kmart etc are a 15-20 minute drive south in Lihue. Things we really loved about our trip to Kauai (due to the 2,500 character restriction on VRBO we couldn’t post our whole review, so here is just a list of the things we did): East Shore - Lydgate State Park, Sleeping Giant Hike, Wailua Falls Lookout, Hike to Ho’opi’i Falls, Bike Rental at Kauai Bike Rentals, Verde Restaurant North Shore - Kalalau Trail, Ke’e Beach, Queens Bath, Secret Beach & Lava Pools South Shore - Waimea Canyon, Polihale State Park, Poipu Beach, Spouting Horn, Island Taco, Kauai Coffee Plantation Just when we thought this trip couldn't get any better, Shayne, gave us a very late checkout to accommodate our 10pm outbound flight. This trip was amazing and we can't wait to return! Mahalo!"Guest: Jonathan L. Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 1, 2014View listing

Wailua Vacation Rentals Offer Serene Beauty
Wailua vacation rentals are a great place to stay if you want immediate access to the Wailua River State Park. The park covers over 1,000 acres of land on the island of Kuaia, and it includes Lydgate Park. If you like to kayak or canoe, the river is one of the state's best destinations. The minimal current makes it easy to paddle up and down stream. At the southern side of the river, you can pause for lunch at the picnic area. Wailua Beach Rentals Make it Easy to Catch a Wave
With Wailua beach rentals, you get to stay near the water, and in many cases on the waterfront. A few steps bring you to a beach where you can snorkel, swim, sunbathe, or fish. Build a sandcastle or wait for low tide when you can explore the shallow pools filled with aquatic treasures. If you like to surf, grab your board. You can enjoy kite boarding, wake boarding, and wind surfing, too. When you finish playing, head back to your beach rental in Wailua and rinse off. Toss your wet swimsuits and towels in the dryer while you enjoy watching TV in the furnished living room.
Kauai Travel Takes You to Paradise
Kauai travel opportunities let you enjoy the garden island. If you like archeological sites, plan a trip to one of the nearby heiau. These Hawaiian temples pay tribute to yesteryear, preserving the history of the island. Whales, dolphins, and sea turtles like to swim though the waters, and the crystal-clear water is great for snorkeling. With vacation rentals in Wailua, you can also enjoy aerial tours and outdoor expeditions.
