"We stayed in this condo in August 2014 and loved it. The view of the beach is fabulous as well as the meticulously maintained grounds. We loved just having the lanai door open to the breeze and calming sound of the waves hitting the beach. The kitchen is stocked with pretty much all you need and there are straw mats and boogie boards for the beach. We left a large mat (couldn't fit in luggage) for the next visitors to enjoy. One of our favorite things to do was to have breakfast on the lanai with the ocean view and the local birds coming by to say good morning. There is no AC, but plenty of windows to allow a cross-breeze as well as ceiling fans and a portable fan to keep the air moving. Wayne and Nancy are very pleasant to work with. Their response to questions or concerns is very prompt and we had no problems whatsoever with the transaction. We fell in love with Kauai and are already planning another trip. We will not hesitate staying here again."Guest: Roy and Patty Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 8, 2014View listing
"Our stay at Lae Nani #124 was even more than we had expected! The photos posted are exactly what you will see...and even better. We had an amazing trip and the condo's location was convenient to travel anywhere on the island and close to restaurants and shops within walking distance. Although we didn't cook there, the condo had all the modern conveniences right at our fingertips. It was spotless, comfortable, and so relaxing to come back to after a day of sightseeing or at the beach. Have to admit, the no air-conditioning concerned us before arriving, but it was not a problem...the cool tropical breeze and ceiling fans were sufficient, especially since we were not there during the daytime. The grounds were very well kept, the pool was cool and sparkling and we even used the laundry facility which worked out great. The owners were great to work with and they were even gracious enough to extend us a late check-out to accommodate our late flight out. We would stay again at Lae Nani and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Kauai. Our only complaint is that our trip just wasn't long enough!"Guest: Texans Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: August 22, 2014View listing
"I don't typically write reviews for anything, but felt compelled to do so for this condo at Lae Nani. It was beautifully appointed, decorated, clean, and the owners were very thoughtful to have beach chairs, towels, and other amentities available. The grounds and beach were spectacular. Very convenient to washer/dryer. So easy to just walk out onto the grounds and enjoy the scenery. The orchids and other plantings were incredible. Loved the koi pond right off bedroom lanai and so soothing to fall asleep to the fountain w/the ocean waves in the background. Never slept better. Gaited community made you feel safe. Easy walk to shopping, eating, airport. We, too, saw the monk seal a short ways down the beach. Oh yea, forgot about the pool, just perfect. My only regret is that we had to leave but will definitely will be back one day, this time longer!!"Guest: Lisa K. Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 21, 2014View listing
"Mahalo to Janet and Earl for the opportunity to enjoy another wonderful stay at Lae Nani. This comfortably decorated unit is a pleasure to stay in, with a wonderful view. Julie and I can recommend this unit, without reservation, to anyone looking for a place to call home during a stay on Kauai. A delightful place to stay.
