"This was by far the best family vacation on the islands we've had. The condo is perfectly located for easy access to the island sights and has a breathtaking view. The owner has gone above and beyond to make this a home away from home. Even two Hurricanes and an earthquak didn't put a dull on this condo's shine. I have already recommended this place to everyone for a Perfect family vacation. Thanks for the memories."

  • Perfect family vacation

"We are a family of four and had a perfect vacation here! The view from the lanai is spectacular and the beach is just steps away. Our kids used the boogie boards everyday and surfed the shore break. The pool was lovely and the gardens are beautiful. Really a perfect place for us!"

"Our party of 3 adults had the pleasure of staying at this home for a week. I only wish I could have stayed longer. The house is immaculate and open and airy. You will not have to worry about air conditioning. I personally loved having my morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the valley and mountains. You can hear the sound of the river down below, very relaxing. It's located uphill from Kapa'a (the closest town) and is well situated to the airport and to explore both the North Shore and the South Shore. We did the whole island. Love Kauai! Love this place and hope to return again. FYI, we left Kauai at 75 degrees on Jan 4th and got back to Illlinois the next day where it was -15 degrees due to the Polar Vortex that affected much of the country. Talk about shock!"

Wailua Travel Tips

Wailua Vacation Rentals Offer Serene Beauty

Wailua vacation rentals are a great place to stay if you want immediate access to the Wailua River State Park. The park covers over 1,000 acres of land on the island of Kuaia, and it includes Lydgate Park. If you like to kayak or canoe, the river is one of the state's best destinations. The minimal current makes it easy to paddle up and down stream. At the southern side of the river, you can pause for lunch at the picnic area. With vacation rentals in Wailua, you can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, making it a breeze to prepare your favorite meals to go.

Wailua Beach Rentals Make it Easy to Catch a Wave

With Wailua beach rentals, you get to stay near the water, and in many cases on the waterfront. A few steps bring you to a beach where you can snorkel, swim, sunbathe, or fish. Build a sandcastle or wait for low tide when you can explore the shallow pools filled with aquatic treasures. If you like to surf, grab your board. You can enjoy kite boarding, wake boarding, and wind surfing, too. When you finish playing, head back to your beach rental in Wailua and rinse off. Toss your wet swimsuits and towels in the dryer while you enjoy watching TV in the furnished living room.

Kauai Travel Takes You to Paradise

Kauai travel opportunities let you enjoy the garden island. If you like archeological sites, plan a trip to one of the nearby heiau. These Hawaiian temples pay tribute to yesteryear, preserving the history of the island. Whales, dolphins, and sea turtles like to swim though the waters, and the crystal-clear water is great for snorkeling. With vacation rentals in Wailua, you can also enjoy aerial tours and outdoor expeditions.
