"I recently stayed at WBV and it exceeded any expectations. The view was great as you can see the beach and hear the waves if you keep your lanai doors open. The condo is very spacious inside with updated tv's and a comfortable bed and couch. The kitchen is completely stocked with anything you could want on vacation. The condo is easy to get to from the highway and parking is easy and close. The location of the condo on the island is great and a quick walk across the street there is shopping and dining."Guest: Amber Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 14, 2014View listing
"We are a family of four and had a perfect vacation here! The view from the lanai is spectacular and the beach is just steps away. Our kids used the boogie boards everyday and surfed the shore break. The pool was lovely and the gardens are beautiful. Really a perfect place for us!"Guest: Lise Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 14, 2014View listing
"We stayed in this condo in August 2014 and loved it. The view of the beach is fabulous as well as the meticulously maintained grounds. We loved just having the lanai door open to the breeze and calming sound of the waves hitting the beach. The kitchen is stocked with pretty much all you need and there are straw mats and boogie boards for the beach. We left a large mat (couldn't fit in luggage) for the next visitors to enjoy. One of our favorite things to do was to have breakfast on the lanai with the ocean view and the local birds coming by to say good morning. There is no AC, but plenty of windows to allow a cross-breeze as well as ceiling fans and a portable fan to keep the air moving. Wayne and Nancy are very pleasant to work with. Their response to questions or concerns is very prompt and we had no problems whatsoever with the transaction. We fell in love with Kauai and are already planning another trip. We will not hesitate staying here again."Guest: Roy and Patty Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 8, 2014View listing
"I had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic ocean front condo in December 2013. The view is spectacular from both the living room/kitchen and master bedroom. I fell asleep each night to sound of the ocean....awesome! The unit was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed (pots/pans, dishes, silverware, etc.). Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a huge plus. We sat on the lanai staring out into the ocean for hours just in total heaven. The grounds are well manicured and lush! The management company was a delight to work with and they made the whole process from the reservations to arrival and departure easy and uncomplicated. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be back for sure! Thanks for a wonderful stay!"Guest: A Maui Couple Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: December 20, 2013View listing
Wailua Travel Tips
Wailua Vacation Rentals Offer Serene Beauty
Wailua vacation rentals are a great place to stay if you want immediate access to the Wailua River State Park. The park covers over 1,000 acres of land on the island of Kuaia, and it includes Lydgate Park. If you like to kayak or canoe, the river is one of the state's best destinations. The minimal current makes it easy to paddle up and down stream. At the southern side of the river, you can pause for lunch at the picnic area. With vacation rentals in Wailua, you can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, making it a breeze to prepare your favorite meals to go.
Wailua Beach Rentals Make it Easy to Catch a Wave
With Wailua beach rentals, you get to stay near the water, and in many cases on the waterfront. A few steps bring you to a beach where you can snorkel, swim, sunbathe, or fish. Build a sandcastle or wait for low tide when you can explore the shallow pools filled with aquatic treasures. If you like to surf, grab your board. You can enjoy kite boarding, wake boarding, and wind surfing, too. When you finish playing, head back to your beach rental in Wailua and rinse off. Toss your wet swimsuits and towels in the dryer while you enjoy watching TV in the furnished living room.
Kauai Travel Takes You to Paradise
Kauai travel opportunities let you enjoy the garden island. If you like archeological sites, plan a trip to one of the nearby heiau. These Hawaiian temples pay tribute to yesteryear, preserving the history of the island. Whales, dolphins, and sea turtles like to swim though the waters, and the crystal-clear water is great for snorkeling. With vacation rentals in Wailua, you can also enjoy aerial tours and outdoor expeditions.
