  • Best vacation ever!!!

"There were 5 of us staying in this condo and the accommodations were awesome. I believe we had the best view of all the condos. Plenty of space with room to spare. Location was kinda in the middle of everywhere we went, whether it was north or south. Kitchen, Dining room and bathrooms were really nice. The carpet in all bedrooms needs to be replaced along with the living room furniture. We easily overlooked this as the rest was just awesome. The view is perfect. Snorkel gear, beach chairs and towels, floaties, beach umbrellas, it was all there for use. Only downfall was that my mom hurt her foot before our trip and there are no elevators and we were on the third floor. I would definitely recommend this to anyone staying on Kauaii as opposed to a hotel if you're staying on the island more than one night. Very quiet and relaxing. There are 2 bedrooms available."

  • Perfect Location

"This condo was in the perfect location in Kauai. Traveling to the north and south is very easy for day trips. Having the washer and dryer was essential. There are plenty of beach toys, towels, mats and coolers available for use. The beach and pool on site was awesome. We snorkeled, swam and laid out on the beach daily. It was an easy 10 minute drive from the airport. There is only one major road going north to south, so it is very easy to navigate. There are 2 grocery stores less than a mile and the Coconut Marketplace is in walking distance. The town of Kapa'a was a great little town to shop and eat. The grounds were beautifully maintained. Only drawback, we were there when there was a heat wave, which was great for the beach but sleeping at night sometimes was a bit warm as there is no AC (in most homes they do not need it there). The Oasis restaurant and Hukilau Lanai far exceed any restaurants on the island in our opinion. We attended the Kalamaku Luau which was awesome. Lastly on a trip to Napoli Coast we used Capt Andys and we would pay to go again and again ( I cant say enough good things). Cant wait for our next trip, leaving the island was very hard!"

  • Wood floors throughout!

"I virtually toured just about every condo out there and picked this one for the wood floors and murphy bed in living room. This was a great pick; we would stay again. I have allergies and the wood floors were a huge draw. From start to finish, the process was professional and easy. Unit is just as photo'd but the view is even better, by far the best building in the complex. Waves can be a bit rough, depending on weather but there's a rocked area for kids and we paddled around every day. The sand is the more coarse, birdseed type. Grounds are immaculate, pool is chilly but most are in Kauai and kitchen well stocked. Deck furniture and pillows could use an upgrade but that's getting into the minutia. We weren't bothered by the lack of A/C (only nicer hotels have AC in Kauai) but it does get warm in the afternoons. If it's your first trip to Kauai, this is a great central point. Close to activities (tubing, helipcoptering, waterfalls) and not far to north shore. We stayed on every part of the island and Kapaa has the best selection of restaurants/food shacks etc. Be sure to check out Java Kai - yum!"

  • Little Slice of Heaven

"We spent 10 days in this unit and were extremely happy with everything it had to offer. We stayed with our 3 1/2 yr old and 11 week old baby and found the unit to be even more spacious and accommodating than expected. Some of the best features of the condo for us: -amazing views from the large lanai and from inside the condo -kitchen was well stocked and nicely laid out -the bedroom was larger than expected, although we didn't need one and the unit doesn't have one on hand, there is room for a portable crib -the condo has good quality beach chairs, sun umbrella, sand toys, coolers, sand mats, boogie board, and beach towels to make the stay a breeze -the king bed was VERY comfortable -the grounds are stunning and spacious, great for playing with the kids -the protected cove was PERFECT for our 3 1/2 yr to swim and play in, there were even fish to see right in there Things that weren't really a problem for us but would be good to know if traveling with small kids: -unit is on 3rd floor with no elevator and a short walk to parking, a bit of trek for hauling gear and car seats -unit does not have a portable crib, but does have a little highchair -the traffic is a real problem around Wailua and Kapaa, we were stuck in traffic several times just trying to get into town for dinner and it took us an extra hour to get home from the North shore on a weekday afternoon The condo complex has a very relaxed vibe and it really felt like we were "away from it all". Despite the traffic, we would recommend this unit to friends and family and really appreciate the owners thoughtfulness and care. Mahalo!"
