"This place was incredible, from the location above the beautiful pool to the view from the full balcony, great kitchen and living spaces, laundry and thoughtful extras such as pool toys, snorkeling gear, and even sunblock...thank you so much. Only complaint was dishwasher wasn't working but how hard is it to wash your own dishes, right? Thankyou and our family recommends it highly!"Guest: Andrew B. "Mahalo to Janet and Earl for the opportunity to enjoy another wonderful stay at Lae Nani. This comfortably decorated unit is a pleasure to stay in, with a wonderful view. Julie and I can recommend this unit, without reservation, to anyone looking for a place to call home during a stay on Kauai. A delightful place to stay. This gave us perfect access to beaches to our left and to our right. it was lovely to be able to walk out into the garden area day or night. .Just a few steps away from the pool. and the barbique area. The Condo was very comfortable it felt like home to us. Everything was very clean . The whole unit was fully equipped as advertised. All in all a very pleasant experience. "Despite all the warnings and anxiety over the "twin hurricanes", our stay was excellent. Other than a couple of cloudy days and one overnight rain event, the weather was terrific. This is our second stay at Lae Nani. The first one required two bedrooms, but this one bedroom unit was perfect for a couple. The bed was comfortable, the view exceptional, and kitchen was well equipped. The extra half bath is also a plus. Definitely would recommend this unit for a couple or single individual who is looking for a tropical escape. The complex is remarkable. The improvement to the grounds since our last visit were noticeable. Having a swimmable beach (and "baby lagoon") and a pool with an ocean view are unbeatable. Very convenient for groceries and staples. The Farmers' Market on Tuesday and Thursday (walking distance) is a special treat. Can't miss with this one!!"Guest: West Coast Travel Buddies Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 18, 2014View listing
Wailua Travel Tips
Wailua Vacation Rentals Offer Serene Beauty
Wailua vacation rentals are a great place to stay if you want immediate access to the Wailua River State Park. The park covers over 1,000 acres of land on the island of Kuaia, and it includes Lydgate Park. If you like to kayak or canoe, the river is one of the state's best destinations. The minimal current makes it easy to paddle up and down stream. At the southern side of the river, you can pause for lunch at the picnic area. With vacation rentals in Wailua, you can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, making it a breeze to prepare your favorite meals to go.
Wailua Beach Rentals Make it Easy to Catch a Wave
With Wailua beach rentals, you get to stay near the water, and in many cases on the waterfront. A few steps bring you to a beach where you can snorkel, swim, sunbathe, or fish. Build a sandcastle or wait for low tide when you can explore the shallow pools filled with aquatic treasures. If you like to surf, grab your board. You can enjoy kite boarding, wake boarding, and wind surfing, too. When you finish playing, head back to your beach rental in Wailua and rinse off. Toss your wet swimsuits and towels in the dryer while you enjoy watching TV in the furnished living room.
Kauai Travel Takes You to Paradise
Kauai travel opportunities let you enjoy the garden island. If you like archeological sites, plan a trip to one of the nearby heiau. These Hawaiian temples pay tribute to yesteryear, preserving the history of the island. Whales, dolphins, and sea turtles like to swim though the waters, and the crystal-clear water is great for snorkeling. With vacation rentals in Wailua, you can also enjoy aerial tours and outdoor expeditions.
