  • Breathtaking Views, Beautiful Accommodations

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent Condo. Great Property. Conveniently Located to everywhere we wanted to go on the island. The only minor complaints about the unit were the spotty internet and TV service. Our computers are new Macs and do not have ports to use the available ethernet connections and the wifi that was provided was very very spotty. The TV service was standard def and TV's very old, so TV was hard to watch. But we weren't really there to watch TV so it was fine."

"Our family has returned to Australia from 7 nights at this beautiful resort. This was the first time we had used the Homeaway site and we were uncertain as of what to expect. Upon arrival we were extremely pleased with the standard of accommodation. The condo was beautifully furnished and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. There are some great restaurants within close proximity to the resort and even a Safeway, ABC store and Foodland directly opposite. Our two boys loved the pool , especially the waterslides and we had to drag them away each evening! To walk on the beach first thing and see the sunrise is a must. We stumbled across some markets at Kaapa, great jewellery and gifts for people back home. Also the farmers markets for fresh produce and fresh flowers is a must to visit. Keiki in Concierge went out of her way to help us on more than one occasion, and booked all our tours. This was the best vacation we have ever had! We usually visit Waikiki but from now on we will be staying on Kuaui at Waipouli Beach Resort!"

  • Wonderful Experience!!

"I searched high & low for a condo in Kaua'i prior to stumbling upon this gem. Not only is determining the hotel/condo difficult, but also figuring out where on the island to stay proved a challenge. Kapa'a didn't disappoint. It's centrally located on the island allowing (quicker) access to both the north and south. If you wish to get out and see the whole of the island during your stay then I highly recommend this area. Please note if you wish to hang out at the beach and swim in the ocean this isn’t the place for you. While the beach is lovely, the ocean floor is rough with coral and rocks and not a good place to swim. The condo unit, and the Waipouli Resort, also did not disappoint. I chose this unit based upon price and previous VRBO and TripAdvisor ratings. While the unit is not directly on the ocean, you still have moderate ocean views and a nice view overlooking the pool area. The unit itself is extremely well appointed (I would know as I build houses for a living). The kitchen and bath were perfect with high-end appliances (Sub Zero and Viking) and plumbing fixtures. We ate the majority of our meals in, so this was a huge plus! There is also a Safeway literally across the street which was great for accessing food in a pinch. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was well maintained and clean. It also had many smaller perks like beach gear, extra sun block, and misc. kitchen items (dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, etc.). The Oasis Bar & Grill located at the resort was also quite nice. The cocktails were THE BEST of any place we went during our trip to Hawaii and the food was tasty. I highly recommend the Mai Tai; I had at least one every day . To sum up, I would 100% return to this condo so I give it 5-stars across the board."

  • The BEST place to stay on Kauai !!!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This apartment was just brilliant!! Fantastic location on the island and the best location within the resort...views of the beach and the pool. The apartment had everything we wanted, great kitchen and coffee machine, laundry, spa, 3 TV's and wi fi for the teenagers. Our boys used the gym quite a bit and were super impressed with the gear available. There was heaps of snorkel gear in the apartment for us to use. Safeways across the road for some cheap food and lunches. The owner had prepared a summary of the island and their best places to go....we used this over travel guides was so much better. I cannot speak more highly of this as a great apartment to stay in."
