The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
This was the perfect way to celebrate our anniversary. The condo was just as pictured and met all our needs. We had one of our daughters and her family in the condo with us and the other daughter and family in another unit. We were all very comfortable and had plenty of space. The location was very convenient. We walked to stores and had easy drives to activities all over the island. The beach and pool were wonderful. If we make it to our 60th anniversary, we will be back."

"We stayed in this fabulous condo with our small family. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. The resort was great! The pools and the grounds are beautiful. The condo was clean and in excellent condition. Perfect size for ourselves and our 11 year old son. We stopped at Costco on the way from the airport and filled up the fabulous kitchen with food and beverages for the week. Safeway is a quick walk across the street if you need anything. There is a lot of great local food within walking distance. The condo is in a perfect central location to all activities. The Oasis is a wonderful restaurant on the property. The food is amazing and they have fabulous drinks. The Sunday brunch is a must. We will definitely be back to this condo on our next visit to Kauai!"

"This condo perfectly suited our needs (2 adults, 2 kids ages 5, 8) for our stay on Kaua'i. The suite was clean, modern, quiet and well kept, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well equipped even including a fairly complete set of spices. The resort is well maintained and the kids had hours of fun in the pool. It may be on the parking lot side of the building but the garden almost completely obscures the parking lot and faces the quiet canal. It is heaven to sit on the lani in the morning and have breakfast in the garden. The beach is beautiful but perhaps not the best for new swimmers, fortunately Lydgate park is just down the road which has the perfect beach for kids. The northbound beach pathway begins right in front of the hotel and if you follow it, you will find yourself jogging along the beach within about 2 blocks which carries on for at least another 6 Km. As others have noted, the condo is centrally located between the Northern and Southern features of the island. Groceries are right across the street, along with Micky D's. Bobby V's Italian eatery next door is good, we would also recommend Tiki Taco in Kapaa. Totally recommend this place."

"After visiting Maui a few years back and staying at Honua Kai, my husband and I wanted to find a similar place to stay while visiting Kauai. This condo ended up being amazing!! From the initial emails and quick responses from the owner (Laura), to the booking process was easy. After final payment, our room access code was sent to us. Check-in was a breeze. The condo location on the property was amazing. Far from the main road so you don't get the road noise, a beautiful ocean view, a nice view of the interior property grounds (pool, etc) and a short walk form the parking lot. I was amazed that a resort of this size never felt crowded. Most days there were a hand full of people in and around the pool area and lots of parking spots available.
The condo itself was well furnished with the normal household kitchen item, along with many miscellaneous items. (Beach chairs, large beach towels, cooler, etc) It was easy to find upon arrival and spotless when we walked in.
Its location in Kauai worked perfectly for us as it was in a central location. Every day we could easily go exploring to the north or south and not have to drive for hours. Directly across the street are two grocery stores and lots of other small stores as well. This made it easy for us to make quick trips to grab groceries without having to go out of the way.
Overall, of visiting Kauai again, I would stay here in a heartbeat."
