Review of A107 Waiapouli Resort - howards
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Our stay included a week of time in your A107 Unit. It was very nice and spacious. Beautiful views. Privacy was great. Our special concierge for our room specifically gave us all we needed all the time to enjoy our stay. We could not get the dishwasher to work but maintenance came and fixed it. The TV was difficult but we figured it out. The system to get into the pool area was difficult and everyone has trouble with the code but we figured that out too. Thank you for our nice stay in your beautiful condo."

"Our unit at Waipouli was very accommodating for 3 adults and an 8 year old. All the essential items for our beach excursions such as,chairs, beach mats and an umbrella were all available to us. The unit was very clean and well stocked with towels. We had everything needed for cooking and barbecuing. It was great having a choice of 2 grocery stores across the street and Foodland definitely has the best Poke! The pool area was very well maintained and enjoyed by all. The pool/beach restaurant served excellent food and great cocktails. We would definitely consider coming back here again and will recommend The Waipouli Resort to family and friends. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable."

"We are seasoned travellers and owners of a vacation property and we were very impressed with this unit. My husband wanted to go out for dinner but I insisted we stay so I could utilize this gorgeous kitchen. We would then eat on our lanai with gorgeous views. Much nicer than any restaurant. Large two bedrooms, three bathrooms living room, outdoor space. Peaceful, yet grocery store literally across the street as well as shops. Great location! Kauai is an amazing place. Take a helicopter ride!!! Expensive but worth it. Na Pali coast is also a must. Perfect vacation, we will return"

"This condo perfectly suited our needs (2 adults, 2 kids ages 5, 8) for our stay on Kaua'i. The suite was clean, modern, quiet and well kept, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well equipped even including a fairly complete set of spices. The resort is well maintained and the kids had hours of fun in the pool. It may be on the parking lot side of the building but the garden almost completely obscures the parking lot and faces the quiet canal. It is heaven to sit on the lani in the morning and have breakfast in the garden. The beach is beautiful but perhaps not the best for new swimmers, fortunately Lydgate park is just down the road which has the perfect beach for kids. The northbound beach pathway begins right in front of the hotel and if you follow it, you will find yourself jogging along the beach within about 2 blocks which carries on for at least another 6 Km. As others have noted, the condo is centrally located between the Northern and Southern features of the island. Groceries are right across the street, along with Micky D's. Bobby V's Italian eatery next door is good, we would also recommend Tiki Taco in Kapaa. Totally recommend this place."
