"The posted pictures are exactly what you get but the condo seems bigger. Everything was clean, everything worked and the owner and staff at the complex were easy to work with. The laundromat is maybe 40 feet away. You can walk to a small (sort of dead) mall called coconut market place, a few resturants and cafes and lydgate park on coastal trail."Guest: Jim S. "We love Lae Nani! We have stayed in other units here before, and this one did not disappoint. My husband and I, along with a single adult friend, stayed for a week in August. The owner was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The on-site manager was also pleasant, and seems to be doing a great job since Outrigger Resorts left the on-site office. The condo was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, well-appointed, and had beautiful views from the lanai. Kapa'a is a convenient central location for exploring the island. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The beaches of Kapa'a are not the best on the island, but the small cove in front of Lae Nani is very nice, and so is the pool, and the grounds. The main road through Kapa'a gets congested at times, but Lae Nani is far enough off of it, that you don't hear the traffic, and you don't feel too close to it. You mainly see the ocean and hear the waves from inside the condo. We would totally stay here again, and recommend it to others! Mahalo Suzanne for sharing your condo, and for being flexible with our dates (our trip was slightly altered due to hurricanes), and prompt with our deposit refund."Guest: Denise S. "Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful place! It was perfect for the 5 of us and very close to shopping and the activities that we had booked. This place had all the amenities that we needed and the place was very clean. It doesn't face the pool side and you can only see the ocean from one corner of the lanai but it wasn't a concern to us since you just walk outside to enjoy all these things. Great central location to all activities. It was also nice that we didn't have neighbors directly on either side of us and it was very quiet. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay on Kauai! Thanks Richard and Donna for sharing your home with us!"Guest: Julie A. Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 17, 2014View listing
