"The reviews already posted describe this property very we'll. I really don't have a lot to add but wanted to show that all is still extremely nice in March 2014. Location location location. Yes the condo is very nice, we'll stocked and very comfortable but I suspect there are many really nice condos in Kauai. What makes this condo great is its location. The resort is so convenient with respect to seeing the island. Nothing is more than an hour away and the "feel" of Kapaa was more to our liking than some of the higher tourist areas. As mentioned the proximity to shopping and dining is nice. As far as the location of the property within the resort my wife and I believe it was the best unit possible. I know many want oceanfront but watching the activities at the pool with the families was quite entertaining. With the sliders open you hear the sound of joy from the children and their parents. With the sliders shut you hear nothing. The sound proofing of the unit is excellent. You want to go to the hot tub? Look out the window and see how crowded it is and then walk the 27 paces it takes to get there (same distance to the pool). Want to go to the beach? That takes a whole 90 paces. Dinner or drinks at one of the best restaurants in the area? Thats 50 paces. So bottom line as we leave today, for our first trip to Kauai we leaving feeling we picked the right town to stay in, within the town the right resort, and within the resort the right condo. We rarely return to the same place on vacation. There's to much in the world to see. But a week in Kauai just wasn't enough and I suspect we will be back soon. And when we return there will be no decisions on where to stay, you just can't get better than perfect!"Guest: Steve Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: March 14, 2014View listing
"We truly enjoyed our stay at Lae Nai Resort. We liked the view, the quite place, the direct access to beaches and close to the local stores. We were glad that we stayed in Kapaa instead of Poipu the large resort area. The rooms were clean and we had few meals on the balcony which has direct ocean view. The owner Lina was very nice, and our stay went smoothly as planned, we didn't have to contact her nor the local person. We would recommend this places to friends and would love to come back again."Guest: Shirley Y. Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: June 27, 2014View listing
"My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Waipouli Beach Resort in H305! The resort itself was beautifully landscaped and was centrally located on the island. It was easy driving distance to attractions on both the north and south shores. The condo looks toward the ocean and faces away from the sometimes busy pool area. Throughout the whole process, Vadim was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. The condo was very clean when we arrived and was beautiful and elegantly decorated. We were pleased to find snorkeling gear, beach chairs, a cooler, surf boards, and a fully equipped kitchen. We had a wonderful honeymoon on Kauai and were so happy we choose to rent this condo! We would definitely stay here again!"Guest: Leah Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 8, 2014View listing
"This beautiful studio was the perfect place for my boyfriend and I's Kauai vacation! Photos just cannot do the view justice, sunsets on the porch were unbelievable and the ocean to mountain view is breathtaking. The studio is spacious with a nice breeze that flows through, we never had to turn on the AC. It was spotless when we arrived, the king sized bed was very comfortable and it had a great shower. The unit is attached to the house but it has a private feel and its own entrance. We never got a chance to meet the owner Julie but she was extremely helpful via email and the booking process was easy! The location was perfect for us since we wanted to be somewhere central to all the amazing adventures Kauai has to offer. We really loved the bike path that was a short drive away. Kauai was wonderful and the rental was a perfect fit for us, we would stay here again!"Guest: Juliann Date of Stay: November 2013 Review Submitted: April 1, 2014View listing
