"My husband and I spent a week at Wailua Bay View, and could not have chosen a better place to stay. Condo was more than amply stocked to make us feel at home, and very reasonable. Plenty to do and lots of places to eat locally; even a Starbucks located just minutes away. Shayne's condo is centrally located, so nowhere on the island was hard to get to. The view can't be beat; to see that gorgeous ocean and hear the waves every time we "moved" was icing on the cake. We will definitely be back to enjoy!!!!"

Amazing views right off the balcony - great Kaua'i location
"My wife and I stayed here at Wailua Bayview Condominiums from July 1st through July 8th. We arrived at night on the 1st, so the next morning we awoke to the stunning views of Wailua Bay that this condo offers. What a nice surprise for our first day there. The condo itself had all the necessities in the bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen. And it had air conditioning in the master bedroom. When we were there, we were told that it was unseasonably hot for Kaua'i, and most of the people in our group were staying in places without air conditioning, so we considered ourselves quite lucky for such a valuable commodity.
The location of this property is quite convenient for trying to see all you can see on Kaua'i. There are some very good restaurants and a convenience store/gas station within walking distance, and larger grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and bars are just a 5-10 minute drive away in Kapa'a. There are plenty of attractions right there in the surrounding areas, but we also didn't find it difficult getting to the north or south sides of the island at all to see all that the island has to offer (45 minute drive or so to Port Allen; 45 minutes or so to Princeville/Hanalei).
All in all, this was a great condo if you're looking for a centralized home base from which you can start your daily excursions while on Kaua'i - then come back to comfortable, air-conditioned sleep in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again."

"After being on Oahu for a family reunion with 7 high energy grandchildren, my wife and I treated ourselves to a wonderful rest and recovery week on Kauai property 355962. Everything Geoff said about the condo was true. We particularly like sitting out on the Lanai sipping coffee and watching the sunrise and listening to the waves roll in. Ditto a glass of wine in the evening as the sun set. The condo was just right for the two of us and we deeply appreciated that it was superbly clean and close to many excellent places for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. My prime metric for any place I stay is, "would I do it again?". Absolutely yes!"
