"My family of five stayed in this condo for nine days in August and had a fantastic experience. Priscilla was a pleasure to work with (more on than below) and I would without hesitation stay here again for my next visit to Kauai. This unit is located on the top floor and thus is filled with light. (I booked a second floor unit for extended family, which seemed darker.) Building F does not have its own elevator, so you'll need to use the one in Building E and cross over to Building F (a 10 second walk). The condo is spotless and well-appointed. The kitchen fixtures are high-end and, in fact, I wish we had these appliances in my own home. Everything you could reasonably want (coffee maker, espresso maker, rice cooker, etc ...) is provided. Thoughtfully, there are also a few boogie boards, pool noodles, high chair, playpen, masks and snorkels, and cooler in one of the bedroom closets. The grounds are pretty and well-maintained. There is an air-conditioned, glass-walled gym with free weights, various machines, treadmills, etc … You can really work out there – it’s not the forgotten, interior room with only a few machines you often get. With respect to the pool, please note that it is not a lazy river as some other reviews have stated. It has no current flowing through it and instead is a serpentine pool. There are two slides which my youngest enjoyed. The Waipouli Beach Resort is adjacent to and within walking distance of Kapaa, which has a lot of restaurants and small shops. Lots of local color. Safeway, Foodland, Starbucks and a number of restaurants are directly across the street. Kapaa itself is centrally located on Kauai. One morning, we drove to the Kalalau lookout at the end of the Waimea Canyon, which would have been a far longer drive had we stayed in the north shore. We also went to Hanalei twice, which was only about a 35 minute drive (and a pretty one at that). The WBR is close to Lydgate Beach and Kealia Beach (each about a 10 min. drive) and various activities (ziplining, tubing, etc ...) I had such a great experience dealing with Priscilla. She was always pleasant, responded to communications very quickly and thoroughly, and was very accommodating of our travel schedule. I have nothing but good things to say about Priscilla and our stay at her condo. There is no question that I would recommend this condo to family and friends, and that this would be my first choice of accommodations for my next trip to Kauai!"Guest: SCL Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 30, 2014View listing
"Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent Property - lived up to the description and more Our experience with Kauai Exclusive from our first contact to our last was most helpful, professional, and thoughtful. They asked questions of us before we knew what to ask regarding our wants and needs.Thank you Patrick McMillan and team for your extended courtesies and knowledge. Booking the unit via email was seamless. The follow-up by the team made check-in quick and easy. The contact on the morning of our departure and assistance with last minute changes could not have been more appreciated. Kauai Exclusive even offered a concierge, Sonja Keala, that helped us book several excursions and provided great restaurant recommendations based on our taste. Our unit was everything the description and pictures said it would be. We were impressed with the cleanliness, the well stocked kitchen and the provision of basics needed to use the unit for a week. The location and parking on property made it easy to come and go for hiking, biking, visiting other beaches. The grocery stores, coffee shops, and drug store literally across the street made for easy pick up for food and necessities. We rate the location very high for walk-ability to stores, restaurants, the bike/walking trail, and other beaches. We would highly recommend H303 and H304. We would highly recommend Waipoli Beach Resort and Spa for families, couples and friends."Guest: Amy Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 12, 2014View listing
"Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This timeshare was absolutely georgous, with a nice view of the pools and the ocean beyond. Being located up the east coast a ways in Kapaa means a short drive to either the north or south coast attractions. We had a great week here, and would highly recommend it to anyone."Guest: Keith Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 17, 2014View listing
"I don't typically write reviews for anything, but felt compelled to do so for this condo at Lae Nani. It was beautifully appointed, decorated, clean, and the owners were very thoughtful to have beach chairs, towels, and other amentities available. The grounds and beach were spectacular. Very convenient to washer/dryer. So easy to just walk out onto the grounds and enjoy the scenery. The orchids and other plantings were incredible. Loved the koi pond right off bedroom lanai and so soothing to fall asleep to the fountain w/the ocean waves in the background. Never slept better. Gaited community made you feel safe. Easy walk to shopping, eating, airport. We, too, saw the monk seal a short ways down the beach. Oh yea, forgot about the pool, just perfect. My only regret is that we had to leave but will definitely will be back one day, this time longer!!"Guest: Lisa K. Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 21, 2014View listing
