  • Excellent condo in great location

"This top floor gem is wonderfully decorated with updated flooring, kitchen and bathroom. The view is spectacular and saw a number of gorgeous sunrises. The windows and blackout blinds in the bedroom (plus the AC when needed) provide great soundproofing from the busy street outside. Easy access to all sides of the islands, a bit busy traffic wise in the afternoons (good idea to get back from the North shore at 2 ish or wait until after 6 ish or you can find yourself in bumper to bumper cars.) That is Kauai though, nothing to do with the condo itself :) Excellent condo, communication and excellent price! Mahalo!"

  • Family Vacation 2015

"Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing view. Comfortable beds. The kitchen did not have enough basic pots, pans and utensils. The pool "police" were unnecessary and obnoxious. And the pool towel checkout was lame. The towels should just be in the rooms. The room safe was locked when we got there and we were never able to access it, which was very inconvenient."

  • ...and grilling out...on the picnic table overlooking the beach were some of our favorite things!

"We spent the first week of our honeymoon at the beach house and loved it! The sunrises in the morning, relaxing on the lanai, the sound system and grilling out with dinner on the picnic table overlooking the beach were some of our favorite things! We also enjoyed roosters running through the yard. Great location + house - thanks for giving us a great place to honeymoon! Blessings, MD & JD Morgantown, West Virginia"

  • Lovely

"We spent half of our recent trip to Kauai at Hale Mala Pua and it was absolutely perfect. The cottage is cozy and warm, tastefully decorated, well-stocked, and everything was very clean (and chemical-free). The sport shack had everything we needed and we enjoyed biking along the ocean and kayaking the Kalihiwai river. Holly and Rick were awesome about showing us how to get the racks on the car too. After a long day exploring and enjoying the beach, the cottage was wonderful to come home. We enjoyed the jetted pool and outdoor/indoor showers, relaxing on our private lanai with feline visitors, and falling into that bed each night was just amazing. The bed and bedding are so soft and the air flow in the cottage was perfect. I slept so well! Be sure to bring bug spray and ear plugs as the mosquitos and roosters are certainly plentiful. (The well stocked cottage included itch relief remedies and white noise to help with these minor annoyances though.) I'd highly recommend Hale Mala Pua to anyone visiting Kauai! Holly and Rick are gracious hosts and along with their pets made us feel right at home. Anyone looking to explore and enjoy various activities will enjoy everything the sport shack has to offer too."

East Kauai Vacation Rentals Are Where You Can Make a Splash on the Garden Isle

Kauai, Hawaii is known as the Garden Isle for its spectacular natural beauty and amazing East Kauai vacation rentals. As soon as you check into your Kauai lodging, you will immediately want to explore the gorgeous fauna and flora surrounding you. From hiking in paradise to taking a whale-watching cruise, there are certainly plenty of options for exploring the unique natural beauty that is Kauai, all conveniently located near Kauai condos.

East Kauai Vacation Rentals Allow You to Get in Touch with Nature

Kauai condos provide you with the perfect opportunity to explore one of the most famous hiking trails in this region of the world, Kalalau Trail. Not intended for the faint of heart, this 11-mile trail will provide you with unparalleled views of the sea cliffs that comprise the coast. For an even more beautiful hike situated not far from Kauai lodging, consider taking the two-mile Ke'e Beach hike. After viewing exceptional coastline views, the trail will take you through ohia, kuki and bamboo tree groves before concluding at a cozy little beach nestled near a sea cave.

Kauai Condos to Relax in Seclusion

If you are looking for a quiet place to get away and enjoy some time away from the hustle and bustle, East Kauai vacation rentals are also located near one of the most attractive and secluded beaches on the island. Ke'e Beach is considered to be at its best by many early in the morning, providing the opportunity to explore the reef located just offshore. You can also enjoy a calm lagoon and a host of different sea life, such as barracuda and turtles, if you feel up to snorkeling. Just make sure you leave your Kauai lodging early enough to beat the crowds.

Take a Whale-watching Cruise near Kauai Lodging

If you plan to time your vacation in Kauai condos during humpback whale season, which runs from December through April, then you will certainly be in for a treat. During this time, these gentle giants come specifically to the beaches of Kauai to give birth. Take a whale-watching cruise and enjoy the opportunity to view whales as close as 50 yards from your boat. Cruises depart not far from East Kauai vacation rentals.
