Amazing, truly five stars
"Wow, what can I say? The condo was perfect! And I mean that in every little way -- from providing beach towels for us, to having kitchen utensils, including wine glasses and pots and pans and a lovely coffee maker. The condo was PERFECT. My husband and I stayed for a week for our honeymoon and we had everything we needed. We also did our laundry towards the end. The bed was so comfortable and we also made use of the jacuzzi and swimming pool associated with the condo and resort. The owner Mounque was super responsive and called us twice before our stay. His helper Chris also made sure the condo was spotless for us when we arrived. She even laid out a nice dish towel and new, unused sponges for the dishes. There's plenty of brochure they've provided in the condo and Mounque has written a very detailed account of the best places to go on the island. We fell in love with Kaua'i and the condo was the perfect touch. We would love to come back every year for our anniversary and to this special spot right near the airport and pretty convenient to all parts of the island. It truly felt like home. Thanks, Mounque and Chris!!!"

"A ROOM WITH A VIEW! "Our memories of the ocean will linger on, long after our footprints in the sand are gone". Treasured Memories - Moments of a Lifetime. This was our third time to Kauai and by far, the best accommodations we've ever had. Listing photos and description are completely accurate. Condo is completely stocked with more than you'll ever need, from the kitchen and baths to chairs, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards and snorkel gear for fun in the sun. Dan was great to work with and replied quickly to emails. Lihue is a great central location when getting around the island as there is alot of adventure to explore on Kauai, nature's playground. Maholo for sharing this beautiful property with us, we SHORE had fun! We'll be back, probably for two weeks next time, to give us a little more time to spend on the lanai. :)"

"Loved this place for our family of 4. Perfect location on the Island and easy access to everything. Great condo on the beach everything was as advertised. Judy, the manager, was very helpful and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Groundskeepers even cut open some coconuts out of tree for us and we had fresh coconuts! The pools were nice and having the hotel on the same grounds gave us the option of using the services there such as the restaurant and bar."

Nice Resort and Room - Great location for Exploring the Island on your own
"The Resort is nice and staff are very friendly. The pools are great with a sand beach one with a slide, one with a volley ball net, and the other for swimming. 2 hot tubs on either side of the grotto are nice as well. Seems like pools in Hawaii close at 10pm though just FYI. You get a towel card that you exchange for a towel and can change towels out for fresh ones whenever you want, but make sure you exchange for the card back when you check out so they don't charge you for the towels (This also seems pretty standard at Hawaii hotels). We only ate at the Bar once, the food is kinda pricey, but what we got (fish sandwich and burger) we pretty good. There are a lot of great food options on the island as well, plus when you are exploring you mainly eat where you are at. (Tip Top and Keoki's are great local Hawaiian food places and close to the Resort) They have pretty good happy hour specials though at the Pool bar and the one in the main lobby ($6 Mai Tai's).
The room was very comfortable with a great view of the ocean from the porch. The bathrooms are clean and very nice. You do have the option to have your room taken care of every day, but you will have to pay for that. The room has a safe, small fridge, hair dryer, and iron. We got Hawaiian Ahi & mussel poke at the local grocery store that was awesome and stored it in the fridge.
The pictures are accurate so go by those to help make your decision. Was really happy with choosing this option since we were driving all around the Island (all the way to the West for Wimea Canyon Look out - to the North for Hanalei Bay). It's not a 5-star hotel, but a for the price and location a 5-star experience. Had a great time with my wife here, would definitely recommend."
