"Beautiful condo, tastefully decorated without being over done and very clean!!
We loved the lanai and spent lots of time on it throughout our stay. It was relaxing and we loved the whale watching.
The walking beach was breathtaking and you could enjoy the surf and sand for several miles without crawling over rocks etc. We also enjoyed the perk of being able to have access to resort next door. We attended the Theater Production of South Pacific at the resort and highly recommend it! Great local talent!! Chad was always helpful and a pleasure to work with! We will definitely be planning a return trip to this wonderful condo in Paradise!!!"

"We liked the condo a lot, very nicely equipped with a great location - close to everything and yet private and quiet enough. We did not want the feeling of staying in a huge commercialized resort and this was very much what we found. The pools at the other accommodations at the hotel were really nice, very nice to simply be able to walk over and use them. We even got a 10% discount in the hotel restaurants.
The beach directly outside the condo and hotel is not swimmable but just next door on the shore is. But as other reviews state - there are so many other awesome beaches and sights that you really should go out and travel and see them rather than staying put. We toured the canyon, the north-shore at Haena was particularly beautiful. We found good food in the Poipu area as well as enjoying the simplicity of the Kilauea Fish Market near the Kilauea light-house. But next time we'd probably opt to buy steaks at Safeway and do some barbequeing.
We had an unusual and exceptionally hot week in Kauai in early October. There are a/c units only in the bedrooms. Leaving them on with the doors open to the living rooms worked well enough to keep us comfortable. Unfortunately the clothes dryer isn't vented outside so we couldn't use it while we were there, instead we air-dryed our clothes on the lanai without a problem.
The condo is very nice and we'd surely go back and rent again. We liked being on the second floor for privacy aspects. Parking was plentiful and convenient and the condo was quiet and tranquil especially sitting out on the lanai at night listening to the surf and sipping a glass of wine."

"Loved this place for our family of 4. Perfect location on the Island and easy access to everything. Great condo on the beach everything was as advertised. Judy, the manager, was very helpful and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Groundskeepers even cut open some coconuts out of tree for us and we had fresh coconuts! The pools were nice and having the hotel on the same grounds gave us the option of using the services there such as the restaurant and bar."
