  • Wonderful!

"We LOVED this house. It was perfect for my family (5 of us) and my in-laws (who stayed in the room downstairs). The location to the beach was SO easy and fun and also provided a beautiful, peaceful view. We rented a kayak, played with the beach toys that were at the house, snorkeled, relaxed on the beach...it was amazing. We were able to cook and grill many of our meals, do some necessary laundry, and really just enjoy our vacation at our own pace. We hope to return!"

  • Anini beach cottage getaway

"Going to Kauai was such an amazing experience because of the cottage we were able to stay at. Just outside of the airport, we went to Costco and picked up bottled water and food for the week and enjoyed cooking at home. There is a BBQ in the back that we didn't use but had supply of coals and lighter fluid if needed. There were readily available float tubes for the calm ocean to relax in the water... I was so pleased that we were less than a 30 second walk to the beach with a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset each morning and night. We were able to rent paddle boards and have them dropped off to us to enjoy the beautiful coral. We snorkeled right in back of our lovely cottage. The rooms were very cozy with televisions in each room. The bathroom showers worked very well with nice hot water after being in the ocean. We were supplied with full paper towels, kitchen ware, clean towels and extra blankets. We woke up to roosters every morning and walked to the beach to watch the sunrise, it was so great! Anini beach is very close to some of the most beautiful scenery I had seen in Kauai. The north shore has amazing hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, dinners, shopping, etc. I don't have children but this would be a great getaway for any couple or family. Luckily, the renters helped me very much when I arrived to Kauai and needed an overnight package sent to me. Brian helped me immediately get everything figured out promptly and was extremely kind and helpful. I would recommend a B&B to anyone, especially this one. We would love to go back anytime and enjoy our romantic, beautiful experience we had at the cottage. I felt safe, comfortable and my stay was effortless at this apartment!!! Thanks again Brian for all your help!!! Allie G."

  • Beautiful cottage, we loved being here

"After a busy week on Oahu, we were looking forward to immersing ourselves into Kauai's North Shore. What a perfect spot this was! First, the cottage is great (we travelled with our 2 adult kids and there was plenty of room for them to spread out), it's well designed for that location - excellent trade wind breezes through the french doors, deep porches you could enjoy even in pouring rain, dining porch screened in for bug-free dining, pretty yard very nicely landscaped with lots of fruit trees, quiet as it's set back from the street (which wasn't very busy in any case). We did meet Bill, who spent a day at the cottage (we were away that day) with the cable company and refrigerator repair person. Cable has all been replaced and there's a new router, so that issue should be completely fixed. He's a great guy, we were happy to work with him. I really liked the wood jalousie windows, hammock, rocking chairs, big grill, and the fact that you could stroll across the road to the beach. In fact, the guys walked the kayak to the water with little trouble, it's that close. My daughter was in awe at the outdoor shower. I took a couple of showers there, too, and it was wonderful!"

  • Beautiful!

"The house was beautiful! Very well equipped as well, all the gear, personal items and kitchen equipment we needed was neatly arranged throughout the house and garage. Kahea was very helpful and Our concierge , Kari was excellent in setting up all of our activities including a Luau on our porch! Plenty of room for all 6 of us. Beautiful grounds with flowers and plants, and the view was one of the best on the island. Quiet and secluded yet close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend the Tavern for lunch and dinner."
