"The Teak Room was the perfect choice for our stay in what we consider the most tropical, lush part of the Island. The room itself is spacious, cozy, clean and well appointed with everything you need. Tastefully decorated with traditional Hawaiian furniture, bedding and wall art. Wonderful jacuzzi tub and outdoor shower! There's a small but fully equipped kitchen to make a meal as well as a bbq. A private front porch in a tropical setting to have your morning coffee. Surrounded by lush vegetation and right across the street from a beautiful secluded beach! This is truly a gem!!"

"We just got back from staying at this house. The location on the North Shore was great and the house was pristine. It is well stocked and the supply room has chairs, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards and shoes to walk on the lava flats. My only negative comment and the reason why I could not give the location five stars is that the internet was horrendous. The speed was less than .25 MB/sec. I could not remotely access my office. Living on the east coast, one of the reasons why I like to vacation west is that the time change allows me to get up very early and work several hours before I start the day. This was impossible and unfortunately, like most people, my business requires a few hours of work per day. What was interesting is that the house had Cable TV. I called the cable company and they stated that they offered speeds of up to 50 MB/sec. I found it odd that a multi-million dollar house would have such terrible internet in this day and age.
We were at the house for one week and we had 4 good days of weather. I would come back in the early summer for better weather. The water temperature was about 75 degrees when we snorkeled."

"This is a wonderful place to stay. It's out of the way of the busy tourist areas, and on an uncrowded beach with excellent snorkeling. We spent most of our time in the house out on the lanai which has amazing views of the beach and mountains, including a waterfall. It rained a little bit every morning, but always cleared up to give us beautiful rainbows over the beach. The house was meticulously clean, and included everything you need for a stay: beach gear, plenty of plates, silverware, spices, etc... I can't imagine coming back to Kawaii and staying anywhere else."

"We were a group of thirteen friends from church in Silicon Valley. From the moment we walked into this home we were in awe of the amazing views. It couldn't be any closer to the water, and every single room had a picture perfect view of the ocean. The house was roomy with plenty of beds and bathrooms and everything was clean and looked freshly painted. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well listening to the waves at night. The deck steps go down to a beach with the most beautiful golden sand I've ever seen. We had to pull chairs from around the house to fit everyone around the dining room table, but cooking breakfast and dinner was easy and we routinely had over five people cooking at once. The neighborhood around the home is safe and beautiful to explore. Management was extremely responsive - we barbequed quite a bit so we ran out of gas: management brought more gas the same day! Every one of us would come back to this home!"
