"Let me start by saying that we had one of a kind experience at the Jungle Riverhouse. If you are looking for a unique and super comfortable stay then look no further, you have found it. The place is as described on the post and photos, if not less credited for what they really were. My husband and I stayed for one week with our 8 months old baby and two grandmas. We enjoyed every single moment of our experience.
Upon arrival, we were blown away by how spacious and beautiful the property is. Rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean. There is plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their space and feel comfortable. The garden is absolutely gorgeous with streams running through and amazing plants and flowers abound. There is also a vegetable and herb garden and of course all kinds of fruit trees! We enjoyed taking walks around the property admiring the landscaping and picking lychees which was a kind of tropical fruit in season during the time we were there. It was another treat to be able to fall asleep to the relaxing sound of the stream and wake up to chirping birds.
The property also has all the amenities you can ask for. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials. We were able to make many gourmet meals. We especially appreciated the items they have available for our little one: a nice comfortable crib, pack and play, high chair, tons of beach toys, etc.
The property is about 10 min drive to Hanalei and very close to the cave and Na Pali coast line trail. We all managed to do the Hanakapiai Beach hike which was one of the many highlights of our trip. The views of the Na'pali coast were simply breathtaking.
Rocky and Amanda are very nice and helpful. They were prompt in answering our questions and accommodating since we had a change in our flight schedule. They and their property manager checked in with us a couple of times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed which we appreciated. We highly recommend this place and look forward to our return to Kauai and staying there again."

"The Teak Room was the perfect choice for our stay in what we consider the most tropical, lush part of the Island. The room itself is spacious, cozy, clean and well appointed with everything you need. Tastefully decorated with traditional Hawaiian furniture, bedding and wall art. Wonderful jacuzzi tub and outdoor shower! There's a small but fully equipped kitchen to make a meal as well as a bbq. A private front porch in a tropical setting to have your morning coffee. Surrounded by lush vegetation and right across the street from a beautiful secluded beach! This is truly a gem!!"

"We just got back from staying at this house. The location on the North Shore was great and the house was pristine. It is well stocked and the supply room has chairs, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards and shoes to walk on the lava flats. My only negative comment and the reason why I could not give the location five stars is that the internet was horrendous. The speed was less than .25 MB/sec. I could not remotely access my office. Living on the east coast, one of the reasons why I like to vacation west is that the time change allows me to get up very early and work several hours before I start the day. This was impossible and unfortunately, like most people, my business requires a few hours of work per day. What was interesting is that the house had Cable TV. I called the cable company and they stated that they offered speeds of up to 50 MB/sec. I found it odd that a multi-million dollar house would have such terrible internet in this day and age.
We were at the house for one week and we had 4 good days of weather. I would come back in the early summer for better weather. The water temperature was about 75 degrees when we snorkeled."

"My husband and I returned to where we were engaged for our 10th anniversary. This time we stayed ten days and invited several family and friends to stay with us, including Judy the owner.
Judy and I went shopping for the house. First Costco for a new 55 inch LG smart TV, Pier 1 imports for new clocks and art work, Home Depot for smoke detectors etc, and Macy's for a waffle iron. We meet with several landscaping contractors to improve the curb appeal. We ended up at the St. Regis for cocktails by the pool.
I have known Judy since the 70s and she has always taken pride and care for her properties. This one is no exception.
Download the app and you will get all the information about the house, the area and the code to get in."
